This property was wonder. This is our third time staying in the gated community and we will never go anywhere else. The house and amenities were all perfect and updated. The host was very respectful and responsive on any questions we had. We will be back!!

Two week stay with kids and dogs

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The private beach access only steps away with chairs and umbrellas set up for us every morning before we arrived made everything so easy. The beach is beautiful and there is so much space to enjoy it. The neighborhood is tucked away and quiet at night but there are shops and restaurants right outside the gate a short walk away. Plenty of trails to ride bikes and walk the dogs. Homeowner and property manager were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

First let me say this was our first time at Santa Rosa Beach and it is so beautiful. Staying at this house gives you private beach access and it is definitely worth it to not be crowded. We could see public beach access from where we sat and it was a huge difference in the crowds from our private area. We had a great vacation here with our adult kids and grandkids. The pool was wonderful for when the littles get tired of the beach. The golf cart was great for driving to restaurants because parking a vehicle is hard when it’s a busy season. The walk to the beach is not a long one even for littles as young as 4 for us. The gated community felt very safe and kept outside traffic from just driving through. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. The upstairs master shower especially was amazing with two shower heads and tons of space. We do recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.
