We really enjoyed our stay. Being located right above the beach was wonderful. Elyse was a friendly and communicative host. It was a very peaceful place to stay. I would recommend it.

Love, love, loved our stay at this beach side hideaway! Beautiful weekend with beach bonfires, northern lights, fall colors & rocks! Host was so friendly & accommodating. Glad we found this gem!!!

The property was beautifully situated on Lake Superior with lots of beachfront to walk on and enjoy fall colors. The home was perfect for just the 2 of us. We are already planning to come back next summer and check out more of the Pictured Rock shoreline.

The beach house was the perfect place to stay with our group! The house was clean and just big enough for us all. The beach was gorgeous and the perfect place to find agates and yooperlites. We would love to book Elyse’s place in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on Lake Superior.

This is a beautiful location on Lake Superior. Our kids were camping at Muskalong Campground so it was a perfect location and fit our needs.

Thanks to our amazing host Elyse, our vacation was problem free and communication was great. The cottage was ready for our arrival, clean and welcoming. We moved right in for 4 nights and now wish it had been longer. Everything was provided as if you were at home. The shoreline was spectacular and the waves put us to sleep. We would definitely recommend and we will be booking again :-)

The location of this cottage is absolutely wonderful, especially the beautiful, secluded Lake Superior shoreline. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the beach and appreciated the comfortable bedroom. The cottage itself is modest but suited our needs well. Our only disappointment was that our arrival felt somewhat less welcoming than we have experienced at other vacation rentals. We arrived about 30 minutes early due to concerns about the weather and road conditions, intending only to wait in our car until check-in time, but unfortunately our presence seemed to cause some frustration. Nevertheless, we were grateful for the opportunity to spend a night in such a beautiful and peaceful setting.

The property was very clean and set up is arranged very cute for a part of a remodeled garage. Grounds are very nice with areas to view the Lake and star gazing. Plenty of outdoor seating . There is no TV or radio so that was a bummer at night as the weather got cold and windy so we couldn't go down to the beach to have a campfire. Beware there are approximately 15 steep steps to go down and climb up to and from the beach. The King bed is very comfortable. The host was very responsive via text when I asked a question.

The property is in an amazing location with beachfront access to Lake superior. Beach chairs are shared with the house/other property owned by the host however this was not an issue at all. Our neighbors were quite friendly! We didn’t realize there was firewood in the shed the first night … but that did not stop us from having an amazing beach bonfire. The bugs were not terrible and we actually found several yooperlites on the beach ! The electronic lock on one door wasn’t working properly but was still able to be locked. We were provided a key for the back door at check in which worked great. Overall property was excellent and as described in the listing. Host was very responsive. Would 100% stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked this home was! The only thing we had to bring was food. The huge master bedroom was finished just before we arrived. The owners were very friendly and helpful and we fell in love with their dog…such a sweetie! We would definitely return to this beautiful home-away-from-home!!
