A very spacious and welcoming home. Parking in Rehoboth is a common issue but we had 4 spots. We are very pleased with the accommodations, cleanliness and location!

This is a beautiful, clean, roomy home in a great location. The living room has comfortable seating for 9 or more people and the dining and kitchen area also easily handled our group of 8 adults with room to spare. We loved that each of the 6 bedrooms had their own nice bathroom. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a large home near the beach.

Work needed on dishwashers, faucet in kitchen, BLANKETS, Blankets there were holey or throws on king size beds. Washer/dryer upstairs musty from doors being closed. Front loads must be left open. Ice maker not working. David brought 3 bags of ice which was sufficient for the week.The house was great, beds comfortable and great for use by guests. Clothes closet in unsuite king difficult to use with height of hooks. Kitchen well supplied. Warn guests to bring a step up for king on first floor. We bought a step up at Walmart.Tree out front has horrible smelling fruit that falls. We swept several times as you could not step over it. City Tree.

Great house in perfect location

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend to ring in the new year. It is perfect for large groups with 6 nicely sized bedrooms all with en-suite baths. The location is perfect—just steps to restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Walkable to boardwalk, shops & restaurants. Every bedroom had its own bathroom- wonderful for multiple couples. Well stocked kitchen and very spacious. We would go there again.

Superb spot for Family gathering

We had a marvelous stay. The property was perfect for our group to spend time together. The kitchen, dining & living space arrangement made it easy for everybody to mingle and chat. The bedrooms were comfortable and each having a private bath was very convenient. Proximity to town and beach was very comfortable for our group. Overall, we were all very satisfied with our stay.

Great house for groups

We had a great week, spacious house and well located for both beach (can walk) and the main drag of Rehoboth. Comfortable space, great kitchen to cook for large groups. We were 13 people in total (5 kids) and the house worked very well for us.

Great House! Great Location! Great Stay!

Our stay at the house was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better - a couple blocks from the beach and close to the shops and restaurants downtown. The listing was spot on; everything was as described. Clean house, comfortable spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms-perfect for our large extended family! David was a great host!
