Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very great vacation. Two families 21 people and we all had a great time. Love the house and the community. Only issue. Couldn’tCheck in early even when house was ready.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the property. Very clean and well kept. Golf carts were amazing and worked good. Only issue was the thermostat as it didn’t get colder than 71. I like to sleep cold and ac would not cooperate. Again we totally lived the property and the squirrels that would come visit the patio when we drank our morning coffee. We’ll definitely be back.

Regarding the thermostat, Florida’s AC units typically cool about 20 degrees cooler than the outside temperature, so sometimes reaching very low indoor temps can be a challenge. Great location. Golf carts were perfect. House was not properly vacuumed when we arrived - there was play-dough ground into the living room and the upstairs bedroom floors had quite a bit of hair - maybe they simply forgot to vacuum? Placed a text to host after arriving and they said they would send someone out. Took 2 attempts to get someone out - but they finally showed and did a good job cleaning up. There is a sign that sayd the grill gets cleaned twice a week...went to use grill and it was filthy with burnt meat scrapes and grime. Texted the host and within 15 minutes someone was out and cleaned the grill - did a great job and we fired up some burgers! All in all an excellant stay - I guess in the time they have to turn around the property from one rental to another things get overlooked - but they were very responsive and got everything handled. If you sit on the back porch - watch for golf balls!! Four hit the house while we were sitting out and another 2 laned in the flower beds and 1 hit the grill.....FORE!!!
