Delayed check in

The check in process was very stressful. Poor communication on how to access the condo. This led to me and my husband sitting outside our condo for 2 hours before successfully checking in. Once we did get in, the condo was as stated on the website. Don’t know if I would rent from them again due to poor communication on how to access the condo, but we were still able to enjoy our vacation. After being on the road from 6:30 am, we were hoping for a more seamless check in.
