With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room on the first floor, this home is sure to be plenty of space for families of up to twelve. Enjoy coffee or an afternoon cocktail on the expansive front porch. The views on Atticus Road are what Rosemary is all about. Enter the front door and step inside a coastal chic living space with towering ceilings, a wash of natural sunlight, and dining table for 6. Enjoy visiting with your guests at the spacious bar and whip up delicious meals in your fully stocked and newly renovated kitchen. The chefs in your family will enjoy modern upgrades throughout such as marble countertops, a spacious island and gas range. Beyond the kitchen, you will be delighted to find a spacious first floor bedroom that can sleep five comfortably between the queen bed and bunk bed/trundle. The first floor is complete with a full renovated bathroom and laundry room.

Up the stairs, you will find a spacious master bedroom with cathedral ceilings, a spa-style master bathroom, and a breezy balcony. A second space for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails is perched above the treetops of Atticus Lane. The en-suite bathroom features favorite amenities such as double vanities, a large soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Down the hall, you will find two additional bedrooms with a jack-and-jill bathroom connecting the two spaces. The first bedroom features a comfy bunk bed and the second features a king bed.

Tucked away just behind North Barrett Square, this cottage is in the perfect location to experience the convenience of being close to shopping and dining, while enjoying a quiet and secluded area of the community and a 3 minute walk to the private beaches!

Parking for 3 cars, an outdoor shower and space for grilling allow you to enjoy the outdoor living space in the rear of Paradise by the Sea.

Unlike many properties, we provide laundry detergent, dish washing pods, nice hand soap at all sinks, trash bags, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. That makes shopping & packing easier for you!

Our families have been spending time in Rosemary for over 15 years. We love to share our favorite restaurants, shopping and hidden gems with all of our guests. We are here to make your vacation as memorable as possible. You will have access to 4 unique community pools, the renowned private beach of Rosemary and tennis/fitness center (daily rate applies).

2025 vacation

Property was beautiful and clean. We had a small issue with a sink that wouldn’t drain, but it was dealt with quickly and without disruption of our stay. The house is easy to find and within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. Most of all, it was within walking distance of the private beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house. Beautiful neighborhood. Location is perfect. About 100 yards from the main square with shops and restaurants. Short beautiful, shaded walk to the beach - 5 minute walk or less.

Everything was exactly as described. Location was perfect - easy walk to everything! House was clean, comfy linens, kitchen stocked with pots, pans, utensils for cooking. We loved our stay The house is beautiful, beachy, & comfortable. Cute bedrooms with comfy beds & snuggly comforters. The house is just down the street from the shops & restaurants & the workout center & local pool. Perfect location! Loved the balcony for morning coffee & breezy evenings . Definitely a vacay we didn't want to end.

Family Time 30A

This property comes with everything you need: detergent, shampoo, toilet paper, even beach towels. The location is fabulous. My husband and I could walk everywhere we wanted to go: swimming pool, tennis courts, the beach, and mainly to grab food/drinks at the square. The house is decorated beautifully and felt very clean as we had our 1 year old crawling everywhere. The host was very accommodating and worked with us and the cleaning crew to arrange a late check out. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving in Rosemary

Our group of two small families had a wonderful stay. The location is wonderful and so close to town. Our friends with an infant commented how nice it was to be close enough to go to the house easily when needed. The kitchen is large and had what we needed for the cooking that we did. The giant basket of beach towels was a wonderful addition that we greatly appreciated. At the end of our trip we agreed that we would happily book the house again. The only thing that travellers may want to be clearly aware of is that the downstairs bedroom is a very public space. There was only 1 physical front door key so we nearly always accessed the house through the back door with a keypad, that back door is in the bedroom so everyone is walking through as they come and go as well as anytime someone needs the downstairs bathroom or laundry room. For us this wasn't an issue at all and we really loved our stay in this beautiful home.

There were a lot of positives about this property and a few negatives. The location was wonderful - very close to the main area of Rosemary Beach, right near the tennis courts and fitness center, and a very short walk to the beach. It was also very spacious with plenty of room for our family of five. The cleanliness of the property is where it really fell short. The sinks and toilets seemed fairly clean, but there was a lot of dirt/dust/hair in crevices and corners. And, the furniture and bedding had seen better days - they were all quite stained and worn. Also, the disposal was broken when we arrived so we couldn't use the sink for the first day and a half of our stay as there was old food down the sink that gave off an unpleasant odor. The property owner did resolve that as quickly as he could.The setup is also a little unusual if you need to use all the bedrooms as the back entrance is in the bedroom with the queen bed and the bunk beds. If you're all about property location and size, this is your spot! But if you're particular about furnishings you may not be pleased with this property.

Absolutely perfect first trip to RB!

What a fabulous house! First-time renters in Rosemary Beach and loved it, largely thanks to finding this lovely home under new ownership. The owners thought of everything and were extremely easy to work with. We had more than enough room for our group of 6. (We could have easily fit 5 more comfortably, especially kids, and there’s a sofa bed as well.) Our teenagers loved the cozy bunk room upstairs and the downstairs bedroom with bunks, a queen, and plenty of natural light flooding the room, as well as a lovely renovated bath. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with every utensil and appliance you could possibly need, and there’s a brand new grill out back for grilling fish from the local market. New linens and towels, comfortable furniture and beds, and lovely small touches, like fragrant hand soap in every bathroom, attest to the owners’ thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Prime location within close walking distance to cafes, shops, fitness center, tennis club, multiple pools, as well as the beach. (We easily carried our chairs and bags down quaint boardwalks to the beach access.) You can rent bikes and ride the beautiful tree-lined streets, or simply walk everywhere. We truly feel that we found a gem in Rosemary Beach and would definitely return.

The perfect spring break getaway!

Gorgeous home, perfect location, spectacularly lazy spring break with our family of five! Property owner, Nick, is wonderful! To set the stage, we had booked a different property for this week last November. In an annoyingly wild turn of events, that property owner canceled our reservations on Feb. 28th. I have NO IDEA how or why this property was still available less than a month before our spring break but we are SO GRATEFUL we had the opportunity to stay here!!! The weather wasn't super cooperative but it didn't matter given how easy it is to fill your time in Rosemary and all along 30A. A few things to consider if you're staying in this home/area for the first time. We did end up renting bikes for part of the week but everything (beach, restaurants, shops, etc) is VERY walkable. Placing grocery orders through instacart is a game changer. Highly recommend. We did NOT pay for beach services chair set up and am so glad we didn't. There was always plenty of space available to comfortably set up on the beach for the day. Be aware that not all restaurants are family friendly (this is both a blessing and a curse at times). The kitchen in this home is well equipped and will allow you to easily dine in when/if you'd like. We didn't need to reach out to Nick often but when we did, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, reasonable and helpful. This home is beautifully decorated and so comfortable to stay in. So grateful for our time here and would book here again in a heartbeat!

Host Nick was great. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. The amenities were great. We used the indoor heated pool with the retractable roof, the tennis courts, the private beach. We rented bikes. The house had everything we needed. We walked every night to dinner. We walked to all the shops. The location could not be better. Perfect rental!
