Our condo is unit #821 located in the center building for easy access to the Conference Center and resort restaurant. Our spacious condo is fully furnished for your comfort. 40" flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player in the living room and 32" flat screen TV in each bedroom one with Blu-Ray player with wireless streaming capability. Sleeper sofa and dining table for 6 or more. For dinning in, numerous pot and pans and counter grill for quick simple meals. Take in the scenery from the balcony or enjoy the relaxation of numerous water amenities. Two indoor pools, three outdoor pools, four kiddie pools and seven relaxing whirlpools. Take a lackadaisical ride in the meandering lazy river to release the stress of everyday life. Stay fit running on the beach or in the onsite fitness center while the kids have fun in the game room. With easy access to loads of attractions and restaurants you are sure to keeps your days filled with many wonderful activities.

** Minimum age to rent is 25. Photo identification and proof of residency will be required once booking is accepted. Contact us if interested in renting monthly during fall and winter season. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Clean refrigerator, leave no food or drink in it. Empty all garbage into outside cans near elevators. Doing so will help us avoid odor and other issues if there is a break in rental activity.
Clean stove, range & grill, counter tops, sinks and appliances. Wipe all surfaces so that they are free of grease and food. At departure place used linens and towels on the floor or counter tops.
Clean and leave pool bands on the dining table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
