Located on the Island within the gated Nautical Estates. Your stay at this highly sought location puts you at the front, outer rim of the community. Directly across from the popular walking path that loops the entire island and a couple minutes away from 2 boat launches. Relax and unwind from from all the activities that Lake Havasu offers in your private front courtyard or upon the second floor, extra large balcony. This two bedroom, 2 bath townhome hosts a 2 car garage that can be accessed by a coded key pad. The ideal location for you to unwind. Trailered Boat parking is available thru out the gated complex on a first come first serve basis. Please do not park any part of your rig in a red zone, block driveways, garages or other vehicles. Spots cannot be reserved. P.S... A one minute or less walk to the Boat House Retaurant / Grill that hosts a full cocktail bar.
