We booked a girls trip here and it was absolutely perfect! We had the best time!! The house was clean and the environment was all around a fun time. The host’s response was always fast and they were all around extremely nice!!
We had a great experience staying at this property, wish we’d stay more nights! The place is spacious, was well maintained and has many amenities . Our toddler had lots of fun - they had beach toys as well . Would like to come back :)
Nice big property. Well stocked. Neighborhood iffy...but felt safe. Very convenient to what we were doing. Right by Washington Park/ zoo/ beach, close to Outlet Mall, fun restaurants, boat tour etc.
This place was perfect for us!! We were concerned with the location at first, the area is very lively, the train, aesthetics, but it was lovely. The people were very pleasant. The train wasn't so bad. We felt safe and loved the vibe there. It was very close to several fantastic beaches. The host were great and we didn't have any issues.

Weekend Get-away
First time visiting the area and seeing the dunes. Coffee maker did not work.
The house has some character (in a good way). Nice ambiance with some added lights.
VERY comfy master bed.
The fire pit propane was empty, but the owner was extremely responsive and brought us a new one in short order.
The only downside was the proximity to the railroad, which had trains coming every 15-20min at some points.. wasn’t terrible, but a minor nuisance.
Overall the stay was great.

We’re very happy you enjoyed your stay with us! Thank you for the review
Check in was a mess. We were initially sent a six digit code and told not to share it. The number did not work. We were forced to rent two additional hotel rooms until the next night. The correct code was actually four digits. The house wifi never worked during our stay. We feel we are owed a refund for the one night we did not stay in the house.

We were very disappointed with our experience. The paint on the front porch and deck was peeling and chipped. The pillows on the deck were molded. The pictures show a balcony with sliding doors off the master bedroom, giving the impression that you have access to the balcony. You could not open the doors because the way the balcony looked, it would collapse. There was food left on cooking utensils. The pots and pans that were provided were the bare minimum. The ceiling fans and fans in bedroom were dusty. The location is very close to the beach, and shopping. The host at first were quick to respond to our concerns and questions.
