Welcome to your private retreat in Northside Ocean Pines! This entire home offers a peaceful escape, nestled within a dense, green forest setting, making it the perfect home base for your coastal vacation.

Living Area: Clean and cozy with two comfortable sofas and a large wall-mounted TV, perfect for relaxing.

Kitchen & Dining: A spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining area featuring a convenient breakfast bar and pantry.

Sunroom: A beautiful sunroom in the rear of the home boasts a vaulted ceiling and skylights, flooding the space with natural light.

Bedrooms: Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan for your comfort.

Bathrooms: Both full bathrooms contain a tub/shower combination.

Outdoor Space: A private stone paver patio where you can gather around in comfortable Adirondack chairs. A charcoal BBQ grill is also available for your use.

Pet-Friendly: We welcome you to bring your furry family members along!

Parking: Plenty of parking for your group



Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, patio, and yard. Entry is seamless and secure with a keyless smart lock. A unique door code will be generated and provided specifically for the duration of your stay, allowing for convenient self-check-in.

Ocean Pines has so many options for you to enjoy your vacation. Yacht Club, 5 pools, golf course. Pools are $10 a day for adults $8 for ages 5-17; under 5 is free. Pool hop to all pools - just show your receipt!

Our family had a great stay in this spot- the house was clean, had all the little amenities needed-including coffee!- the location is great to get to ocean quickly and Salisbury University- The communication from the host before and during the stay was awesome! Highly recommend this home for a getaway!

Great location to jump off to Assateague, Ocean City and the Delaware beaches. The young adults loved being able to get to the boardwalk quickly after we were done for the day. We were pleasantly surprised to find a 4th bedroom.

Beautiful place! Pictures are completely accurate! Check-in and Check-out were simple and easy as well. It's only about a 15 minute drive from Ocean Pines to the beach club house parking lot for the beach. Take a picture of your parking pass on your phone to be able to use the facilities at the beach house. We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be booking again next year!

Quiet and Peaceful with Everything you need!

We had a relaxing get away and didn’t have to leave the pups behind. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but not empty, people are out walking their dogs, kids are riding their bikes, homeowners grooming their lawns. Short drive to the beach and all the beach attractions. Grocery store and good restaurants nearby. The house had everything we needed. It was perfect for a family getaway. The Host was accommodating and responsive.

Nice getaway and close to OCMD!

This house was perfect for a family of 3 and our large fur baby for a beach getaway. Plenty of floor space, huge kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Very relaxing, cozy atmosphere with a beachy feel. We were only 15-20 minutes from ocean city, which was great! We took a lot of family walks around the community after a long day at the beach, and they were always just so peaceful. Our host was easy to get in touch with if needed. No complaints and would highly recommend!

Perfect stay

This home was very clean upon arrival, all information needed for our stay was provided in advance and communicated several times leading up to and after arrival. Location was great- close enough to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, the community had amenities including a pool with convenient access to the beach. Quiet area to walk- which was needed as the property doesn’t really have grass for any pets. Although we were there during a rainy time, we had a great time - the house had board games and books which was a plus! Would definitely stay there again and will book directly through the company to avoid the added fees.
