Thank you for your kind and thoughtful comments. You were terrific guests. Please come back.
The house is adorable, every detail is so well thought through. The location could not be better, two minutes and you are in downtown Charlevoix. The beautiful library is only steps away from the house. The gardens were dreamy, we sat outside and enjoyed them every morning. Georgia was a fabulous host, hope to be returning soon.

We are glad that you and your family had an enjoyable week in Charlevoix. Come back again.
We had a lovely stay at this quaint home in downtown Charlevoix! We loved being able to walk the beach and downtown. It's close to everything! Our kids loved the big background. It's an older home and very well maintained. It had all the amenities you need. The owner, Georgia, was very responsive!
We had a great stay in Charlevoix! The house was comfortable and very well kept. Walk to downtown Charlevoix, Lake Michigan, and Lake Charlevoix. Kitchen was very well appointed - chefs knife, bread knife, large cutting board, nice grill - all the things you need to cook for a family. The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Perfect location. 2 blocks to the waterfront and shopping parade on Round Lake and 3 blocks to the beach park on Lake Michigan. House layout provided privacy for 2 couples and one teenager. Front porch great for morning coffee and evening chat. Back deck with grill great for cooking and eating dinner outside.

Thank you so much for taking time to write a review. Please come back !
There’s a reason this listing has so many excellent reviews! Description and photos are accurate, though may not entirely convey the loveliness. They have everything a family needs, plus some fun games and books. Storage space, bathrooms, kitchen amenities, laundry, TV’s, lots of lighting, comfortable. Very clean. Easy check in, host easily available. Big back yard, nice deck and front porch, beautiful flowers/landscaping. The location is fantastic—same block as fantastic Charlevoix library which has cool outdoor things for kids as well; walk a block to get to mushroom houses (a little farther to the Boulder Park houses), block and a half to Lake Michigan beach/pier/lighthouse/sunsets then turn to see the drawbridge; block and a half to the charming downtown and the park/marina (where you can catch ferry to Beaver Island or find a sailboat charter and public restrooms are clean); two short blocks to grocery store. The downtown has so many cute shops, restaurants, coffee shops, the alleys have giant chess and jenga for kids. We drove the ten minutes to Castle Farms to spend some hours, drove to Ferry Beach one afternoon, drove over to Applecore Cottage and explored the path to the beach there, drove up to Harbor Springs one day and Thorn Swift Nature Preserve, and finished with the Pirate Fest in Boyne City. Recommend all these. But mostly we just enjoyed being in Charlevoix—farmers market and concerts at the band shell, seeing the last supermoon of the year rise up over the Round Lake harbor, heading down to Lake Michigan beach and the lighthouse for sunsets, and, honestly being so comfortable in this house. Thank you Georgia and Gene for all the care and attention to your place and checking in to see that we arrived ok.

This house was perfect for our stay. We had 6 of us and this house was the perfect size. We loved that we could walk to the beach or into the quaint town of Charlevoix, both within 2 blocks!

Dear Michelle & family,
Thank you for taking the time to review 206 Clinton, we appreciate it. Please come back to 206 when convenient. We welcome you. Thanks.
My family and I recently stayed for a week at this beautiful home in Charlevoix. The listing was exactly what we had hoped for, and more! The location to town and the beach were amazing. My 7 and 9 yr old are already asking to go back! Georgia was so friendly and helpful with tips and ideas, a true pleasure to deal with. We loved the front porch for morning coffee, the back deck for grilling, the playground 2 houses away, the comfy beds, and having enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The house had everything we needed!
This house is charming and lovingly cared for by the owners. They have included plenty of extras to entertain and cook for a family including a large picnic table in the backyard.

Thank you so much for your kind review. We appreciate it and are glad you had a wonderful time in Charlevoix. Come back soon.
We absolutely loved this house and it’s location. We walked about a block to restaurants/shops and about 2 blocks to the beach. This is an old house but has been beautifully updated - the bathrooms especially. One of our favorite things to do was to sit on the big front porch and enjoy the cool evenings. The owner was very organized and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely In-Town Cottage
My family thoroughly enjoyed this charming, comfortable cottage. We loved the porches, the comfortable livingroom furniture, the flat screen TV's and USB charging stations in the bedrooms, and the well-equipped kitchen. My grandchildren liked the large backyard and proximity to a playground. The owners have beautifully updated the bathrooms and provided many thoughtful amenities throughout the house to make their guests feel welcome. Plus, everything is on one floor so it is safe and convenient for all ages.

Lovely Charlevoix Home in Perfect Location
Our family--Nana, Mom and two grandchildren (age 9 and 12) had a great week Up-North in this beautiful well-equipped home located two blocks from large white sand beach on Lake Michigan and two blocks from the shops and restaurants of Charlevoix. All the age-diverse members of our small group were happy and comfortable and sad to leave. We spent most days at the beach or in-town, leaving only to rent paddle boards at Lake Charlevoix beach 1--2 miles away. We walked to the dock for a sunset sail around Lake Charlevoix and into Lake Michigan. Our kids walked independently to a small 'pocket park' on the library grounds 1/2 block away.
This home is comfortable and beautiful and equipped to anticipate every need. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly restored. The high ceilings and crown molding are charming evidence of the homes age. The beds and furniture are comfy and inviting. TV's are plentiful. Wifi works well. (However, kids 'screen time' was minimal--always a plus at this age!)
All-in-all, a lovely experience! We definitely hope to return.

Great place to stay in Charlevoix
This was our first time in Charelvoix, and we really enjoyed this rental home. It's location was great: easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The pluses: the bathrooms had been recently updated and were in great condition, and the two larger bedrooms were nicely appointed. Our only regret was that there were not more window coverings on the bedroom windows - it was hard to sleep in with the early summer sunrise. The property was clean and well maintained, and the owners were very helpful answering all of our questions prior to arrival. We happened to be there the weekend the nearby library was having a book fair, and we loved getting a chance to see the space. Easy trip to Petoskey or Mackinac Island for sight-seeing.
