Inside, the main level is bright and airy with a living room that has internet TV and a wall of windows. The kitchen is a dream with stainless steel appliances, tons of cabinet and counter space, and a breakfast bar that seats three. The dining area has a table for eight, perfect for family dinners. Or, grab your grub and step out onto the deck to dine al fresco at the shaded outdoor dining table. After your meal, relax in the swing bed while fresh Gulf breezes blow by. Also on this level is a bedroom with a king bed and TV, a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo, a washer and dryer, and a partially covered deck for relaxing outdoor lounging.
Head upstairs to find the primary suite, complete with a king bed, private deck, TV, a desk area for any work you might need to sneak in, and an en suite bathroom with a dual vanity, and tub/shower combo. PET POLICY This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
PARKING Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you. Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

Beautiful property within walking distance to the beach. The house was super clean especially since it is pet friendly. Loved our stay and would recommend it.
My wife and I enjoyed our mid week getaway at Peaches and Cream house. The property was very well equipped and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The property has a fenced yard which was perfect for our small dog. I definitely will stay here again.
We have a beach house in Pirates Beach owned by family and have stayed there for years. This year the beach house was reserved by cousins during the time we could go so we looked at rentals in the neighborhood. I did not think another would compare to the comfort, but was

We rented three places in pirates beach for our very large family and this house was great! There was tons of seating and the home was well stocked and very happy! Thank you!
This house had everything we could ask for plus more! We had forget beach towels, they had it! We had a birthday girl in the house and although we had brought a sign that said Happy birthday, this house actually had that as well! Lol

Worst VRBO house that we have rented
We rented this house from 2/15-3/1/2025. When we arrived:-MBA toilet was in pieces on the floor-MBD remote didn't work-the icemaker/water dispenser didn't work-down BA toilet wouldn't shut off-down BA sink was extremely slow in draining-the house had not been cleaned-I couldn't open the front door-must have swelled up due to a water issue-lost internet which caused the smart thermostat not to work-it was cold when we were thereObviously the house had not been checked before we arrived. We spent parts of 4 days of our vacation waiting for repair people to arrive.The management company was responsive in getting things fixed, however, it put a real bad damper on our vacation. They could have been a lot more understanding and we are due some money back.
