This is an end unit in the Blue Surf town home community located on Rodney Ave. There is a short walk to the beautiful, guarded, Dewey Beach.

The Living room has comfortable overstuffed seating, a 50 inch High Definition LCD, an XBOX One game console, a Blue-ray player, Netflix, HBO and Xfinity HD cable, Xfinity WI-FI.

There are two parking spaces per unit; and two on street seasonal parking pass are available. One outside shower for clean-up and removing sand.

You must be at least age 30 to rent this property. This is set up for a family, or a multiple family rental in a quiet town house complex. There may be exceptions to the age 30 restriction. Please contact me.
