As you enter the home through the garage or lower-level door, you will find a cozy bedroom daybed with trundle (ideal for kids and teens), and an attached full bathroom. Walking upstairs, you are greeted by a massive window that leads to the main living area on the second level.

This level features a living room with a floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace, leather couches, offering spectacular mountain views and a 60” smart TV. Huge windows on every wall, ensuring abundant natural light and stunning vistas. We have family games and puzzles. Additionally, there is a full bathroom on this level and a bedroom with a queen bed and a sliding door opening onto the back deck.

A modern, well-equipped kitchen, with everything you need to enjoy family meals together. Stepping outside from the kitchen, you find a huge deck perfect for family meals, featuring a gas grill, deck chairs, and a hanging chair. The spacious front deck boasts beautiful mountain views and has a table for outdoor dining. Adjacent to the kitchen is an elegant dining room with a sliding door leading to the back deck, which is nestled in the trees and includes another dining table.

The third level houses the primary bedroom, which features an impressive gas fireplace, a walk-in closet. The attached bathroom includes double sinks and a large, comfortable shower. The balcony off the master bedroom also has a hammock for relaxation and stunning views.

Bedroom #2 on this level has a queen bed, huge windows, and its own bathroom with a jetted tub.

We had a nice stay, plenty of room for everyone.We were there to celebrate my daughters baby shower and the sisters flew in. Host saw that it we were attending a baby shower and left us decorations to use. Also kind to let us check out a little later.

Family Getaway

Beautiful home that fit our family perfectly! Loved all the space and amenities. Little tricky to get to in the wintertime due to the road, no problem if you have 4-wheel drive.

I believe this was the best equipped Vrbo we've ever stayed at. They had everything you'd want to make your stay comfortable. The house was very clean, very cozy, and has a fantastic view/mountain locale.

Evergreen Enjoyment

Wonderful get away to the high country without driving for hours from Metro Denver. Lots of hiking options and fall colors to enjoy. This home has all the amenities we needed. We look forward to staying here again sometime.

Perfect landing pad nestled in the mountains

The house was cozy with plenty of room. The view was amazing. The night sky, changing colors on the leaves, and the wildlife will leave you in awe. This was the perfect launch pad for exploring everything CO has to offer. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This home was just beautiful! We weren't far from the grocery store or other places to shop. There was plenty of room for my family and the view was gorgeous. A few times I had some questions for our Host and she answered very quickly. For the most part the home was clean. There were a few areas that look like they need extra detailing but overall was a great experience for my family.

Beautiful, clean home in the mountains

We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with this home. It is in a great location: close to downtown Evergreen, gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. The drive to the house takes you down a narrow winding gravel road, but the drive is worth the view. We had deer and a moose in the backyard. Plus lots of elk all over the area. The house is spacious, clean, and very well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were clean and showers had great water pressure. Our kids loved watching all the wildlife outside from the multiple decks.

Mountain valley retreat with the birds

A great place to call home base during a contract job in Denver. House was clean and comfortable. Area was very peaceful. The loudest neighbor was the hummingbirds visiting the feeder on the porch. We loved cooking dinner after a hard days work in the big city and watching the sunset over the mountains. The house is up several mountain road switchbacks, but once you learn the turns, it’s easy to find again. We had SUV’s so the gravel road was no issue even in the rain. Would definitely stay here again.

Red Rocks concert stay

We had three couples who stayed here for a concert at Red Rocks. It was a beautiful house with a gorgeous Mountain View. Very clean and comfortable. The road up the hill to the house was a bit unnerving for this midwesterner, but we managed. I recommend a 4 wheel drive! We were a bit disappointed that the creek was not walkable from the house, so the listing was a bit misleading from the pictures. We would definitely stay again though, as my 2 complaints are merely preference of mine. I would also recommend this house to anyone!!

Nestled near the charming town of Evergreen and picturesque Evergreen Lake, you'll feel immersed in nature while enjoying the convenience of local restaurants and amenities. The lake is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with rentals available for paddle boats and kayaks, excellent fishing spots, and a par 3 golf course. In winter, the lake transforms into a hub for exciting ice skating.

Wildlife sightings are common on our property, with elk, deer, and occasionally foxes and turkeys making appearances. Situated at 7,500 feet elevation, our home provides a balanced mountain experience without the extreme altitude that can affect some visitors.

Explore the forest trails directly behind our neighborhood, or take a short drive for more spectacular hiking opportunities and scenic drives. Nearby Idaho Springs offers white water rafting, an adventure course, restaurants, and shopping, adding to the variety of local attractions.

Denver is an easy drive away, offering the cultural richness, diverse dining, and vibrant activities of a metropolitan city. Our home ensures comfort year-round, with pleasantly cool summer weather that negates the need for air conditioning and cozy in-floor heating to keep you warm in the winter.
