This was one of the best places I've ever stayed. The outside is very charming but nothing compared to the room. We stayed in the Sailor room which was so cozy and felt like home. I must say the apple pie that greeted us is worth coming back for. The location is so easy to get to from the Providence airport and to drive around and explore. My husband is from Old Mystic so we will be coming back and I can't wait.

Close to downtown Mystic by car. This is a quaint little gem in a quiet location. Our host provided her personal touches to our room and made sure we had fresh cream for our morning coffees and slices of apple pie when we checked in!

A perfect getaway. So thoughtfully appointed and decorated with a super comfortable bed and quality bedding. Close to all the hot spots. Debbie and Paul are fantastic, accommodating hosts. The property is lovely and accurately represented on the website. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend without hesitation.

Our stay at Anchor With Us was perfect for our weekend getaway to Mystic. Debbie, our host, was incredibly accommodating, and the check-in and checkout process was detailed and seamless.The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful personal touches that exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed with a handwritten note and two slices of absolutely delicious apple pie. Every amenity we could have needed was provided.We highly recommend staying here! Debbie truly makes the entire experience special, and we would happily stay here again.

To be honest, I was a little trepidatious about renting just a room when we usually rent a whole house, but since we wanted to take advantage of all Mystic has to offer, we went for it. I couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Debbie is the platonic ideal of a host—warm, welcoming, responsive. And the place is so thoughtfully and creatively appointed—everything you need and a delight to spend time in. Everywhere you turn there’s something to bring a smile to your face. If your travels take you to Mystic (and they should), I highly recommend staying here!

Everything was perfect from the first communication to the surprise piece of apple pie upon arrival. The room was cozy, comfortable and had every amenity, even bowls for my pet and a play-ball. It was truly a joy to stay at the Carriage House.

One of the nicest places that we have stayed in. Every possible comfort. Old Mystic is lovely-much quieter than the seaport. We prefer it to the port. Our dog Ripley loved the abundant green space next to the house.

This is the prettiest little place, so full of charm and welcome. The hosts, Debbie and Paul, we're so kind to us. As it was our birthday, we were greeted with apple pie and San Pellegrino and birthday wishes had a card. It was so thoughtful. The communication was extremely good and the accommodation was delightful, so full of love and care and special little touches in the decor. Short drive to mystic River and all the amenities there and the lovely high Street and aquarium. We'll definitely come again.

Quick getaway to visit family

We stayed in the salty sailor. When we arrived there was some apple pie waiting. This room was super cute and soooo many little touches to make your stay that much better. I can't wait to come back with my husband to check out the area.

Beautiful, quintessential Mystic, CT Room and Board

Such an inviting place to stay. The room was beautiful, the apple pie was great, and we were only a 5-10 min drive to Downtown Mystic. The room was even prepped for our dog with bowls and a toy! Thank you!
