Welcome to 30Yay! in Seagrove Beach - complete with a huge heated private pool, spa, entertaining area, and fenced in yard! The first floor boasts an expansive living area with the kitchen and dining area providing an open concept gathering area. The kitchen has dark navy cabinets and granite countertops with top of the line appliances providing guests with an upscale kitchen to enjoy! Separating the living and kitchen areas is a dining table for eight with four bar stools at the kitchen island. The living room has a TV with floor to ceiling windows providing views of the pool! Step out to the covered patio where you will find a dining table, grill, TV and sofa to enjoy this enchanting backyard. The private heated pool and spa is the star of the show providing a spacious fenced in backyard with ample room for yard games or lounging in the sun! There is a first floor master suite with a king size bed, access to patio, walk in closet and private en suite. The en suite has dual sinks, soaking tub and walk in shower. Additionally on the first floor you will find a laundry room and half bathroom to complete this level. 

Head up to the second floor where you will find another king guest suite with balcony access overlooking the pool and a private en suite with dual sinks and a walk in shower. The second king guest suite on the second floor also has dual balcony access that overlooks the front of the house and the wrap around porch. This guest en suite has a single sink and walk in shower. Two more guest bedrooms complete the second level - one bunk room with two twin over twin bunks and a queen guest room. There is a shared hall bathroom with two sinks and a tub/shower combo. There is a desk on the second floor landing for those who need a space to catch up on work while on vacation. Enjoy the wrap around second story porch that over looks the pool and backyard.
