The main living room has a flat screen TV. The adjacent hallway leads to three bedrooms with one king, two single beds, and one double bed. There is a full tub/shower bathroom in the hall.The custom kitchen has a convenient breakfast bar and all modern appliances including a Wolf 4 burner gas stove oven, newer refrigerator, small coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. The utility room and the half bath are situated near the side door. Plenty of off street parking in the driveway.The rear family room offers additional living space. There is a full-size dining table that seats six, plus a sitting area. A sliding glass door leads to the spacious sun deck and private back yard with a gas grill. The adjacent master bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. There is a stall shower bathroom in this room. Ceiling fans throughout. Outside shower and large storage shed available for tenant use. Rental includes 5 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella). Sorry, no pets permitted. This is a PET FREE home, and NO SMOKING or Vaping on premises. Off season weekly rates apply even if renting a partial week or weekend. 2 week min required in July and August.Beach access through the dune path on 48th or 50th Streets. Beach is a guarded and boogie board beach in season. Bay access and public dock is on 53rd and Ocean Drive at the Bay Park. Recreation with tennis, basketball, and a playground are located between 39th and 40th Streets.
