This spacious 3 bedroom 3.5 bath (each bedroom with attached full bath) home is situated in a private, wooded setting on the edge of Southwest Harbor's bustling village. All on one level, it offers sophisticated yet comfortable furnishings in an open floor plan design. A cozy sun room extends the space and leads to a lovely wrap around deck. It’s also close to several Acadia National Park access points. Note: this home offers extra wide doorways accommodating those with mobility issues (there are 3 small steps to access the front door, no wheelchair ramp available to enter home).

All on one level, the home features an open floor plan with high ceilings and interesting architectural details. The cheerful and well-applianced kitchen offers a center island with prep sink, and a generously sized pantry. The kitchen opens to a sunny breakfast area and table. The adjacent living room offers plenty of seating on overstuffed, leather furnishings and a large, flat screen TV. From the breakfast area access the screened-in sun room which is set with lots of casual furniture including a full-size futon/sleeper. For formal dinner gatherings there is a separate and very spacious dining room. The master bedroom suite is spacious and inviting. It offers a queen bed and en suite bath with an enormous Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom is set with a queen bed and has an en suite bath with tub and shower. The third bedroom offers a set of twin beds and an en suite full bath with tub and shower as well. The sun room has a full size futon and opens up to the wrap-around back deck with grill and outdoor furnishing (4 chairs). Finishing out the space is a laundry room and a half bath. There is no garage access for tenant use.

PLEASE READ:

1. Owner's and their dog reside in the apartment above the garage which has a separate entrance and no shared spaces. Other than yard/garden maintenance, outdoor space will not be used by owners to ensure the privacy of tenants during their stay.

2. We do accept well-behaved pets (no more than 2 pets). There is a $200 pet fee PER ANIMAL. Please do not allow animals on beds. **Please let us know if you are bringing a pet**

3. There is no cable TV. The Television is a smart TV- guests will need to log into their streaming accounts.

4 The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cleaning supplies, dish washing and laundry detergent, & coffee/coffee filters. Guests will provide their own food. Linens/towels are also provided.

5. Toilet paper & paper towels- we leave a few extra rolls to get guests started. It’s the guest’s responsibility to purchase more if you run out.

6. There is a small group of chickens on the property that occasionally free range however we do keep them in their coop when guests bring a dog and at guest request.

7. Maximum of 6 overnight guests.

8. Wood stove in living room is not for guest use.

9. NO PARTIES.
