The flat was in an excellent vacation for exploring Montmarte and close to transit. As mentioned in other reviews, be mindful of the steps. You definitely get a workout, but the views were great! Everything was clean and comfortable and host was great at communicating.

The Loft is incredible! Thanks for having us. We really enjoyed it. You immediately feel at home and like a local, and this area has everything. For me, it was the best Paris feeling I could imagine. Since this weekend, I want to live in Paris for a few months. Thanks for the opportunity — we would love to come back again! Perfect place in Montmartre

The host was very communicative about the check in and check out process and answered all questions promptly. The apartment is in a great location but just be ready to get your vertical steps in! It is a beautiful and peaceful place to start and end a day in Paris. By the end of my stay it felt like home. Great music collection if you feel like listening to records or Schubert.

A wonderful place!

I had two friends stay at Miriam’s place last summer, and they both couldn’t stop raving about it—so I decided to see for myself. I’m happy to say their glowing reviews were absolutely justified. The apartment is in a fantastic location, filled with natural light, clean, comfortable, and offers great views of Paris.It’s more than just a place to sleep—it’s a perfect spot to relax, whether you're enjoying breakfast or sipping an afternoon apéritif with a charcuterie board while playing records with the windows open and the sounds of Paris drifting in.The apartment is in walking distance to some great bakeries, cafes, bars and people watching. It is an awesome space to share alone, with your sweetheart or some friends.Miriam was responsive and thoughtful—she even sent her daughter over with a fan, unprompted, which turned out to be a welcome addition during the warmer days. And although it was hot during our visit and the apartment is on the top floor, the apartment kept relatively cool by keeping the windows closed and shades drawn during the day.

Why they chose this property

We settled in Paris in 1992 before Montmartre borough was a gentrified fashionable area. We now enjoy its buzzing restaurant life and vibrant global visitors’ energy.

Excellent restaurants downstairs that we recommend and that are not mass tourism style. A spa and Terrace restaurant as well:

Coq & Fils (specialized in poultry but also vegetarian options, good wines) Nice personnel and chef. Worth every penny.
