Lake Views Dog Friendly Cabin w/ Hot Tub!

Scott contacted me during his stay regarding crumbs on the kitchen counter. I immediately apologized and offered to come to the property personally to take care of the issue. I also offered to cover drinks and appetizers while I cleaned so they would not be inconvenienced. He declined my offer and responded, “No worries, we can clean up.” No additional housekeeping concerns were communicated to me during the stay. After departure, Scott raised additional concerns, including photos of the interiors of drawers, cabinets and shelving, and stated that he had not felt comfortable discussing these concerns while at the property. He then requested a substantial refund. We take the care of our mountain properties seriously and certainly address housekeeping items when they are brought to our attention. Unfortunately, because these additional concerns were not communicated during the stay, I was never given the opportunity to inspect or correct them. I offered a substantial adjustment afterward in an effort to resolve the matter, but we were unable to reach an agreement. Based on the difference between what was communicated during the stay and what was raised after departure, I would not host this guest again.
