Beaver Lake House w/Game Room, Hot Tub, Lake View, Dock Access Swim Deck, Eureka Springs

The Beaver Lake House is a beautiful, 2800 sq ft conventional home that features three bedrooms & two baths. Rate is for up to 8 People Sleeps 10. Upstairs on the main floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 king and 1 queen, a bath with Whirlpool jets, and a large open living room with queen sleeper sofa, kitchen, large deck with BBQ and a SPECTACULAR FULL 180-degree views of Beaver Lake and surrounding mountain side. Downstairs there is a queen bedroom, bath with shower, laundry and an additional living room with queen sleeper sofa and GAME ROOM! Game Room on lower level consists of a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Shuffleboard, Skee Ball, 2 Arcade games. Also onsite is a large BBQ camp grill. You will need to bring charcoal and lighter fluid for.
We are located just 1 1/2 miles from Starkey Marina where you can rent pontoon boats. It's just a 15-20-minute drive to downtown Eureka Springs.

Please note that use of garage is not included in rental. Fire pit, and playground area are not on home property, it is located down on the waterfront area of our resort Lake Shore Cabins.

The Lake House is roughly 500 ft from our boat dock. We suggest driving down. Does have a beautiful Lake View not lake front. Inquire about extra's such as: Couples Massages, Gourmet Chocolates, Roses.

Family time

We enjoyed our stay. Being next to the office/store was very convenient. Would have liked better access to the lake. Needed a minor repair that was addressed very quickly. Office staff did a great job also. Living room carpet is pretty stained, but the house is adequate. The game room was lots of fun!

Enjoy a variety of lake activities that Beaver Lake offers; fishing/swimming/sunning/watersports and boating. Beaver Lake hosts trophy size striper bass, catfish, crappie, lg and sm mouth bass. Canoe, kayak, trout and walleye fishing on the nearby White River. We are located just 9 miles from downtown historic district which offers, unique shopping, wonderful restaurants, museums, nightlife, music and magic shows, opera, special events festivals, parades, car shows, The Great Passion Play, ziplining, cave tours, area tours, lake tours, underground walking tours, ghost tours, wildlife animal safari park, horseback riding, natural springs, Victorian homes, etc. We are here to help. We will provide local maps, brochures, lake maps, share our favorite restaurants and attractions.
