This is our second time staying in this apartment, and everything was absolutely wonderful! The location is super convenient—so close to the beach, and we really enjoyed walking down to the ocean. The pool and hot tub were great, and the kids loved going fishing. Morgan is a super host—she responded to all our questions so quickly. A big thank you to her! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

The Lazy Manatee was such an awesome condo to stay in! The location was perfect for us! We had a 3 minute walk to the pier to watch the sunrise over the bay and a 2 minute walk to the beach for sunset! Also easy walking to restaurants. The parking was great! There is a numbered spot in the garage and plenty of guest spots to choose from right outside. Comes with parking permits. It was nice to have a beach cart and stuff to take to the beach. We are a family of 6 and we pair up easily for the rooms and beds. We loved hanging out in the lanai! The kitchen was equipped with all kinds of stuff to make meals easy. We are already planning our next stay there!

We loved our week at the Lazy Manatee! Morgan always responded super fast. The condo is clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and just steps from the beach. The closet with beach gear was an added bonus. My husband and I were here with our three teenagers and we had plenty of space. The beds are comfortable. Everything was perfect. It feels like Morgan has thought, “what would I want if I were on vacation?,” and then provided exactly that. We will definitely come back again.

The location was perfect! Beach right across the street and a trolley stop close by. The pools were also nice! Beds comfy and plenty of beach gear!

Nice property in a nice location

Loved our stay at the lazy manatee. Property was perfect for what we needed and had everything we needed and were looking for. Next time we need to stay in the island, lazy manatee will be at the top of our list

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bradenton beach club. The unit was spacious and very clean. Great location near the beach. The property manager was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing time. Lazy Manatee was so perfect. It was extremely clean and very well stocked with everything we didn’t even know we needed! Property was clean had everything we needed. Ocean across the street. Come here every year with my 4 adult daughters for a girls week. We r never disappointed. This unit is close to restaurants , bars, shopping , and local beaches.

Morgan was so communicative before and during our stay and made us excited to visit Lazy Manatee! Arrival was seamless and the condo was in excellent condition. It was super clean and beautiful and we had everything we needed! The kitchen was well equipped and the storage unit had lots of beach toys, chairs, umbrella and beach carts to easily go back and forth to the lovely pristine beach. Anna Maria Island is fabulous and we enjoyed many fabulous restaurants. The pool and hot tub were great! We would definitely return!! Thank you, Morgan!

Great stay @ The Lazy Manatee!!

The Lazy Manatee checked all of the boxes for our stay. Plenty of space, very clean, organized and well stocked room and plenty of beach supplies including chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. Just a hop, skip and a jump to the gorgeous beach and water of the gulf. Also close proximity to shops, restaurants and trolley stop. When we were done with the beach for the day, the pools were inviting and helped to cap off our day. We hope to return to this property on our next trip to Bradenton Beach!

We loved this unit. Very clean, nicely decorated, and easy walk to a beautiful beach. The outdoor storage closet was especially useful for storing our beach stuff. I would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful place to stay, beach access just across the street. Condo was very comfortable and convenient. Pool could have been more refreshing but enjoyed it. Hot tub clean and inviting. Sunsets from the beach are spectacular.
