Updated Resort Condo next door to Waterpark By Rent On Padre

What a wonderful newly updated 2BR/2BA condo from Rent On Padre, Inc. You are steps from the Gulf and steps from the waterpark. Gulfpoint is a fabulous tropical resort, the kind you picture yourself at, relaxing by the gorgeous pools. There is also an awesome clubhouse with game tables & a gym, as well as tennis & basketball courts, and a playground. This is a wonderful beautifully kept gated community with gorgeous pools and hot tub. You will love grilling in the shaded BBQ area. Gulfpoint condos have a lot to offer everyone.

This lovely condo sleeps 5 people. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed. The second bedroom also includes a trundle bed.

You are located on the southern part of the island, right off the causeway. There are some great restaurants that are walking distance or a short drive. If you feel like staying in for the night, You have a gorgeous galley style kitchen with plenty of room to cook. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

Wristbands are required for all guests. Holiday weeks and June through August 24: $20 each, March though Easter: $35, last week of July through first week of August: $35 each. Other times: $10 each. These will be purchased upon arrival when you check into the Gulf Point office.

This is such a fantastic condo and resort that you will never want to leave. Give us a call to set this up for you.

Fun Family Getaway

Perfect location with a pathway straight to the Beach. Resort pool was the perfect way to relax and have fun with the kids, plenty of shaded area to avoid them being in full sun all day. We will definitely visit again!

Nice property and location. Leak somewhere in the kitchen area and required constant mopping. Not enough hand soap nor refill available. Towels had an odor before use. Miscommunication from Vrbo created a financial inconvenience and cleaning crew still cleaning at 4:15 pm.

Family vacation

Arriving after hours was rough. The directions for our Conta didn’t match what we were sent. Also it’s very important to print your parking permit if you arrive after hours. We didn’t blame too but with traffic we did and we didn’t print our pass. Within a hour we had a note on our truck stating it would be towed or booted. We had no way to get pass since it was after hours. We wrote a note back and left in truck stating that we showed after hours and would get one first thing in morning. Thankfully that worked SO PRINT YOUR PARKING PASS. The condo itself was decent but could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. Beach access was great and beach is amazing resort is pretty with green grass and beautiful tall palm trees. We will be back
