We had a wonderful stay! The house is absolutely beautiful—comfortable, well cared for, and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the island.Joe was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay and quickly took care of any questions or issues that came up, which we really appreciated.We had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Hopefully we’ll be back sometime soon!

We had an incredible stay at Mandalay Bay. The house had a fantastic layout with room for everyone to spread out. With two big dens, gourmet kitchens, an outdoor kitchen, pool, etc. our group spent most of our time at the house! The proximity to the beach while being on the sound was also a big plus. The house is beautifully decorated and well kept. Our visit couldn't have been better!

The property and location were excellent for our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 teens). Plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. We rented kayaks and bikes dropped off/picked up from the house allowing us to explore the bay and the island. The pool was excellent for our large group. Sunset views from the rooftop were a highlight each night. The beach was a short walk and the house was equipped with a cart and chairs in the garage. We had a couple of up close encounters with curious manatees while swimming at the beach which was special. Wonderful island and house!

Home was amazing!! This was a special occasion for my father’s 99th birthday so we spent more to make it special…and it was!!We had his grandkids, great and great-great grandkids there for him. Home was lovely. Location (Ana Maria Sound on one side and Gulf 300 feet in the opposite direction. It made for the perfect stay for the perfect father. Too expensive for me under normal conditions but it was perfect for this function.
