This home is central to everything (more details in listing) and nestled in a safe and quiet neighborhood. This property features a private patio, two rooms with a queen bed in one, twin bed in the other. There is also a comfy long couch in the living room available for sleeping. Amenities include free access to tennis courts directly across from the property, complimentary rackets and tennis balls to use during your stay, free parking in the out front lot or front yard, as well as if you need- extra toothbrush, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a hair dryer and iron and mini ironing board available for use. There's a roku tv which includes HBO MAX and Hulu. In the kitchen you have a microwave, air fryer/mini oven, mini stovetop, utensils and cooking tools as well as complimentary coffee. This home has a lot of unique history and retro decor and is fully and newly remodeled and renovated!

This land has been in my family for generations and the properties for many years too. I love that I am able to maintain this estate and the neighborhood is lovely, people mainly respect the speed limit and it's family friendly and walking friendly. It's a quiet and peaceful area.

I think what makes my property unique is the fact that it has cool history and is newly renovated while also being in such an amazingly central area of town where you are so close to everything.
