Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.

This spacious four-bedroom home is thoughtfully furnished for comfort and convenience. It features two Primary Suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom and a king-size bed.
​​​​​​​The third bedroom offers two queen beds, while the fourth bedroom includes two Twin XL beds that can be combined into a king with a gel topper for added comfort.

The airy, open-concept main floor brings everyone together with a well-equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining area, a generous great room, and a large lanai.
The indoor dining table comfortably seats eight, with space for six more at the outdoor lanai table—perfect for family meals.
The great room is designed for relaxation, featuring plush seating, a large 65" LED TV, and a coffee table ideal for puzzles, board games from our extensive collection, or simply unwinding with music.

The main-floor lanai welcomes you with an outdoor kitchen, premium grill, plush lounge seating, and a dedicated dining area—creating a seamless extension of your living space. Each lanai is tastefully appointed to maximize comfort and encourage moments of pure relaxation.

For your day at the Beach

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, floaties for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. For those with children

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do:

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, free form pool and kiddie pool.

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!

A short drive away are the six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breath-taking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
