The house was ok, the bedroom was a nice size. The kitchen needed to be a little cleaner. The bathroom should have more toilet supplies. The game room is in the garage with no AC. The communication could have been better but I'll take some of the blame. The last thing, the owner had scheduled new appliance without asking if it was ok. Over all we had a good time.

Loved the location & the house was great for size & cost value.Initially had a problem with the TV’s getting any local channels but that was resolved. I requested a full sun all afternoon on the pool area but it took about 3 weeks of the sun movement in the sky to achieve this.The host was prompt to answer any questions I had, really appreciated the communication

Great Location

We had a great stay there was a few issues but we’re fixed pretty fast! Good communication.Place does need some old and few upgrades but in all was comfortable!

The Owners and maintenance providers were very responsive to a few small issues we had. The description of the house on VRBO matched the actual conditions very well. We really enjoyed the pool area - especially the quiet location and forested area at the back.

Happy with my decision

We stopped at the house early just to check if we could get in. Checked out the place manager stopped by when we arrived. There was an issue with the hot tub/ jacuzzi the issue was taken care of the next day. Took 2 days for pool to heat up I don’t think that Bernard was unaware this was to be added. Communication with Alex was great told of a few things that needed to be addressed for the next guest hope it’s don’t. House was great so happy where we stayed neighborhood was quiet.

Family staycation

With children of all ages, had no TV or Internet for more than a week. Kept asking questions, but got no answer for quite awhile. Swimming pool pump was not working either. Took more than a week to find out that Internet and pool pump was hit by lightning. I can be more understanding if I know what the problem is. Last 3 days of our stay, there was a man out front cutting down all the trees???

The Villa was in an excellent position, close to Disney, supermarkets and shopping. We had some issues when we arrived, there were not enough bath towels, washing soap and no pool towels. This was rectified after a call to the Villa rental company. The main issue was the pool which was green and dirty and did not look like it had been cleaned for a while, after two calls to the rental company 2 pool cleaners came 4 days apart and this still did not clear the pool which meant we only used the pool twice. Unfortunately this did impact on the enjoyment of the holiday and should have been sorted by the management company before we arrived. It was a pity as the Villa was in a great location and on a lovely estate
