We rented both suites, it was a quirky charming little place but was very easy to check into and the communication was excellent. We came down as a fishing group and we were right across the street from the marina :)
We were very pleased with the location, and the cleanliness of the property. The location fit perfectly for four fisherman for the evening, and was a great alternative to the local hotels. Claudine was very communicative, and the house was easy to find and ready to go.
Older, quirky, clean home on the strip. Loved the home but needs some attention to the downstairs tub/ shower having water back up during shower, blinds are damaged throughout top and bottom units.

Thank you for the feedback. Our blinds are in order for the home. They take time to get as they are all special sizes.
As far as the bathtub slow to drain, if you would have given me a call at my number or text me I would have come over and taken care of it right away. I’m sorry that this happened and I will get it done immediately.
Have a great Fall Season.
This is a wonderful place near downtown. What is even better is the view of the bridge! Close to the Port and some great bars and restaurants. The place was clean, great size for our group and the furnishings were nice. The split level gave us some separation of space, a great feature. We will stay here again in the near future.
The house is very lovely and even better in person than is shown in the pictures. Very clean and so conveniently located to get both into and out of town - everything is easily walkable!Really enjoyed our stay - the people who stayed in the upstairs room nearest the road used earplugs to reduce some of the truck traffic sounds out on the roadway, but otherwise, the house is so pleasant for sleeping - all the beds are super comfortable.
Everything was clean, we could walk to a couple pubs for dinner and breakfast, we could walk to the river…the beds were comfortable…nice to have a washer and dryer! Kitchen had everything we needed.
A very nice typical Astoria property. Close to the river walk and many shops, breweries, galleries and restaurants. Parking is tight if you have 3 vehicles. There are some stairs, but not too bad. Nice view of the Astoria Bridge. We had a great time there.
Claudia has been my favorite host to work with. When I am in Astoria, her space is exactly what one wants to experience staying in the homey coastal city. Cute note: my friends and I had a giggle that the towel game was way above par in the bathrooms.
Third stay w this host, as usual place was very clean, beds comfortable, very fast response when we did have questions. The space met our needs for a lovely weekend w friends in Astoria, weather even cooperated for walking along the trolley tracks to downtown. We will be back next year!
Host was very communicative and welcoming. House is very clean with modern updated amenities. The house is divided into two separate spaces connected with stairs that we rented as one for a large family gathering. Parking is tight but we’re able to get four cars parked off the street. The bedrooms are small with no closet space or room for suitcase. This is the only critique I would have. Otherwise a great place within walking distance to the water and downtown. I would recommend this space and Astoria.
