Hi Nancy, Thank you so much for the nice comments about the house. I am so happy that you had a great time at the beach. I am sorry that you had less than a 10 out of 10 experience, as we strive for everything to go well at all times! We feel awful that your upstairs air conditioner was not working when you arrived. It is a new full air-conditioning system that is less than a year old, that had been serviced and checked within a month of your visit. It seems like one of the storms we had blew out the transformers. From the time you told me about the problem, I had service men at the house on a Friday night and again back before noon on Saturday to fix the AC and get it working again for your comfort. All in all, the ac was out for less than 24 hours. I'm so sorry that you had any discomfort at all on your trip. We hope that you will come again so we can show you how the house and experience is when all is working well. Again, I'm sorry you were without one air conditioning unit for any part of your stay and thank you for allowing the workers to fix it the first morning of your visit. We hope to host you again in our home. Blissfully, Arielle

We are sorry that you were unhappy with the television size and quality. We actually purchased 4 new 40" HD SmartTVs which were supposed to be installed prior to your arrival. We have high speed internet and Smart TVs in all of the bedrooms for your next stay. We hope your children enjoyed the boogie board, skim board and beach toys at the beach! Glad you had nice weather.
