Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment is very close to Georgetown University and M street. So lots of shopping opportunities and quaint Georgetown restaurants that are easily accessible. We tend to like the East Village better than West Village, but it is all great. We love this part of Washington DC.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This VRBO was okay overall. It is much smaller in person, but we didn’t spend much time in the home. Our big issue with the home was that sewage backed up into the shower during our stay. Management was quick to respond, but asked if we could be at the home while the plumber was there. It was a major inconvenience, not to mention, unsanitary. The management did send cleaners to clean up the aftermath, though. We would not choose to stay at this VRBO again, but it wasn’t absolutely awful either.

Birthday weekend with sisters

The location is great, convenient to shops, restaurants and easy to walk to most everything in Georgetown. A lot of stairs to get to this unit, and that should be noted. Unit is small, but worked fine for us. Needs a new AC unit. No matter what, it’s hot upstairs in the main living area, and there are no ceiling fans or box fans.

Amazing accommodations for our trip!

Manager, Charlotte, was most pleasant with helping me. I had lots of questions and she was always kind and available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location us just top notch! Very comfortable beds, too! Highly recommend this one.
