This is our second time staying here (two adults and two kids) and we absolutely love it. The location is quiet and serene with easy access to James Farm Ecological Preserve and its trails and bay beach. Bethany Beach is easy to get to as well. The pool is great - clean and spacious. The home itself is spacious, clean, and with a nice back deck with a retractable awning as well as a patio room. We would definitely book for a third time!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely beach house. Carol and Bob were the best hosts. We had my 2 year old grandson with us, and Carol left so many little boy toys for him to play with. So thoughtful. We had great weather so we spent lots of time in the pool. It really was a relaxing and wonderful week.

This was the perfect vacation retreat. The house was very clean, spacious, and the pool was gorgeous. It was one of the hottest weeks of the summer, so the pool along with the central air kept us all very comfortable for the whole week. The home owner was extremely friendly and very responsive to any questions we had.

Great Vacation Rental Experience!!!

From booking to check out this entire vacation experience was wonderful. The house was super clean and beautiful (even better than the photos). And the host Carol and her husband were both very pleasant to work with, attentive to our needs and very responsive via phone and text. Location close to all our favorite things to do in Ocean City, MD. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful home with lovely upgrades. Clean and welcoming. This was our second stay and we loved our time there. Owner is friendly and very accommodating. Pool was a huge hit with everyone. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. A great vacation spot!

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I and my brother and his wife returned for another great visit to this wonderful Bethany Beach area home. The house has everything you need to enjoy a week away at the beach, and when you tire of the beach you get to come back to the backyard deck and pool and relax some more. A very quiet neighborhood, and yet just a few miles from the restaurants and shops of Bethany, Fenwick and Ocean City. We really appreciate the opportunity to stay here, and the owners are a delight.

Great Stay in Ocean View

This was our third stay at this wonderful house near Bethany Beach, Delaware. This is a very comfortable home with a great outdoor deck and private pool. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bedrooms and other living spaces are perfect for couples and family. The owner is responsive and the neighborhood is private and quiet. We highly recommend this property.
