The apartment was really nice there were two coffee pots and not one drop of coffee we didn't expect coffee for the whole stay but a cup for first morning would have been nice. We ran out of toilet paper for a three day stay. No place to sit outside to enjoy the deers coming right on the property, parking is really tight came back one night to our parking spot being used by the hosts guest the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again just be mindful someone is upstairs and you can hear them but it was wonderful to find a place with no steps for someone with mobility issues

Nicely remodeled and close to Southern

Stayed here with another family while moving our children into the dorms at Southern. Home is very nice and recently remodeled and has all the comforts of home.

Great stay!

Perfect place for our family to settle in at while visiting our college student at Southern Adventist University. Clean, roomy and freshly remodeled. Quiet country neighborhood only 5 minutes from campus. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future when we come to Collegedale.

We stayed here to be close to the Summit Softball Complex for a weekend tournament. It was a great location to go there and back throughout the day. The place was clean and owner was very responsive. I have no complaints. It was exactly what we needed.

Fantastic Stay, Steep Driveway

We had a lovely stay at the Collegedale apartment -- it was clean, convenient to our conference location, and the check-in was a breeze.Our only heads-up to other potential guests is that the driveway is *incredibly* steep. If accessibility is a potential issue for you, or if your car has a low clearance, request photos before booking, as the one in the listing only shows the flat upper part of the parking area and not the super-steep driveway to get there.But besides that, a lovely location! We especially appreciated the full kitchen and two bathrooms.

Our stay exceeded expectations. The rooms—especially the master bedroom—were spacious and spotless. The bathroom, kitchen, and living areas were well-equipped with all the amenities needed for entertainment, dining, a refreshed shower and overall a comfortable home. The home is beautiful and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was reliable and responsive. Great for families; we look forward to returning. Highly recommended.
