The location to all the Nashville action was perfect. The rooftop was an amazing Evening hangout overlooking the Nashville skyline . The house had many comfy beds for a large group. Parking at the house was very convenient and easy. We would be super happy to stay at this house again in the future.

Great overall property. Lots of beds and space. Excellent location to get to a LOT of things downtown - The Gulch, Broadway, 12 South, etc. Plenty of room if you had more people than we did. The rooftop hangout was amazing. Would have liked recliners in the living room, but we made do. Would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again. Great communication with the host and a flawless stay.

Perfection! We had a great stay at this Nashville home! The space was exactly as described—stylish, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and there were plenty of spaces to relax and hang out together.The location was a huge plus—close enough to downtown to easily enjoy all that Nashville has to offer, but in a quiet area where we could unwind at the end of the day. Already planning on booking again for our next trip to Nashville!

The location was great. 15 minutes from everywhere. Very convenient.The numerous amount of sleeping options was also great.My 2 concerns were cleanliness and the barely functioning stove.Clearly there had been a Bachelorette party before our arrival. Glitter and confetti could be found in various spots. But the male genetalia shaped confetti wasn't great to find. We had children with us. Thankfully it wasn't much and we cleaned it up, but it wasn't hard for us to spot so the cleaning crew really dropped the ball.Also, only 1 burner on the stove worked. Generally a benefit of renting a whole house is a fully functioning kitchen. It can get expensive ordering food for 10 people everyday.Otherwise it was nice. The kids loved the rooftop and the bunkbeds.

Location is amazing. You can walk rent a scooter/bike or uber/lift with little wait time. It was very quiet neighborhood.The photos do not do it justice. It has much more room and sleeping area than we could have expected.Clean and very well stocked. Easy for dine in or close to amenities.The beds were comfortable and provided a great night sleep.Thank you for having us in your rental.

Enjoyed this location, very convenient to the grocery store, Gulch, Broadway. Able to use Uber/Lift for low cost. Plenty of sleeping space, lacking a full body mirror, but really great that each bedroom had it's own bathroom.

Excellent Spot

What a wonderful location for our big group of friends to enjoy all that Nashville has to offer. Very tidy and spacious, kitchen has all the amenities that you need. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!
