I have stayed at Majestic Sun property several times over the past three years. I just came back today from a fabulous trip. The condo was absolutely beautiful! All the bells and whistles! I will be staying in this same unit in the future! Majestic son is my go to property for my visit to Miramar Beach with your averaging 2 to 3 times a year! Thank you for a great stay.

There was a stain on the couch upon arrival, upon checking out I received an email I would be charged for stain. Still going back-and-forth with Southern rental about this.Window seals needed cleaned, found crumbs in the second bedroom. Did love the extra latch on the slider.

BYOTP

Bring your own toilet paper. Advertised as a place that sleeps 5 people, but only 1 roll per bathroom. No spares. Also, no coffee filters, cooking oil or sugar. We flew in late on Thursday so we had to make an early run to the store on Friday. Don’t get stranded. Come prepared!Otherwise, it was a lovely property with excellent views and access to the beach and the concert. Would stay again.

Disaappointing, very poor support, condo had not been cleaned, late checkin due to very poor support.
