GENERAL:
Our spacious townhome right outside of the downtown area is perfect for those working in the Medical Center or for those on their next trip to San Antonio!

With a walkable location, this 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom provides king sized beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a Smart TV to relax and watch your favorites, and an outdoor patio dining area. Whether you're traveling for work or to explore the area, our home provides all the essentials.

We provide free WiFi, central A/C & heating, complimentary toiletries, linens and towels, trash bags and paper towels, hair dryer, hangers and keyless entry.

BEDROOM:
The townhouse includes a king sized bed in each room with a dresser, desk (seated or standing) and walk in closet. The two bedrooms share a shower/tub and toilet, but each bedroom has its own private sink, vanity and bathroom storage. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove) as well as a microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, pots and pans. There is a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea. There are also cooking basics & spices, knife set, dishware and flatware.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 50'' Smart TV (login to your favorite streaming services), a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating for 4 and some games!

PRIVATE PATIO:
The living room leads to a private outdoor patio with dining area, grill and fairy lights.

WASHER/DRYER IN UNIT:
On the second floor there is a washer and dryer for your own use.

PARKING:
There is a lot with 8 undesignated spaces in front of the building. You will have access to 2 spaces.

ENTRY:
Guests will not need to worry about misplacing or returning keys, as the townhouse provides a secure, keyless entry with a keypad. A code and instructions on entering and leaving the property will be sent to you prior to check-in.

SECURITY:
We use the Simplisafe security system to ensure safety to all guests during their stay. We will provide you with an alarm code and instructions ahead of check-in.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
On the second floor there will be an inaccessible/locked hallway closet, which contains supplies for our cleaners to use between stays.
