We had a great first visit to Wells. The house was in a great location and walking distance to Congdon's donuts. The host was very easy to communicate with and check in and check out was very easy.

Perfect location and accommodations at this beautiful home! We had a wonderful time with no issues. The home had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us, it was much bigger than we were expecting! Thank you for helping us make memories with our mom.

We enjoyed our stay at your home very much. The house was very clean. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Shopping was close by and if you want to travel around it wasn’t that bad with traffic.. Beach has 10 minutes away..Also had a nice restaurant at the beginning of the street.

This house was My first experience with renting a VRBO and if they are all like this, I will enjoy using them again. The house was very clean, and the Host was pleasant to work with, and she even answered a question I had. (Because I am new to this my question would have been answered if I had just waited a day) I highly recommend this place to stay. Bonis it's walking distance to Congdon's Doughnuts!!!! I was able to walk to the beach and back without issue.

Located in a quiet neighborhood 10-15 minutes from both beaches in Wells and Ogunquit, we couldn’t have asked for a comfier place to begin and end our days. Checking in was smooth as the host (Kati) happily answered all of our questions and gave clear instructions.The Wi-Fi worked without any interruption, and the kitchen has everything for those who wish to avoid the long waits at restaurants and enjoy the local treats in a private setting, especially if you’re inclined to pick up fresh hand-picked lobster meat from Mike’s Clam Shack (basically located next door).Be sure to sign the guestbook before you leave. I started to miss this home the second we pulled away.
