Step into luxury and comfort at our 2-bedroom, 1-bath NEWLY RENOVATED home, where every detail is designed for your enjoyment.

Unwind in style in our comfortable living space, complete with a smart TV, high ceilings, and stunning lake views from the expansive 40-foot dual-level deck. The bathroom boasts heated floors, dual sinks, an oversized tub, rain and regular shower heads. Our gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with modern appliances and seating for four at the bar—perfect for sunrise viewing. We also have a unique dinette set that allows for family dinners or a nice place to work.

Enjoy restful nights in plush queen and full-size beds, and wake up to the breathtaking Vermont sunrise streaming through the windows. With access to the lake just a short stroll away, launch boats, kayaks, or canoes for a day of adventure on the water. High ceilings and powerful ceiling fans ensure comfort year-round, while private parking for four cars offers convenience and peace of mind.

Guests have access to the entire house except for the utility closet and the back shed.

There is a water pump for the well onsite in the utility closet and it can be heard from the bathroom when refilling during heavy water usage.

This property is one story with a two stair transition from kitchen/bedrooms to bathroom/living room. Entry requires walking up a stone pathway to 5 steps at the front door. The lake access is a roughly 200 foot walk down a graded road.

Escape to Vermont

The home is exactly as described, very clean and comfortable, and in a nice residential area, which is conveniently located to both Burlington and other Vermont attractions. We were able to enjoy day trips to Hinesburg, Burlington, Vergennes, Stowe, Fort Ticonderoga and Shelburne. Highly recommend.

Great getaway

Great place!! Extremely clean and organized. Welcome basket was a nice surprise too. Hosts very nice and very quick to respond to messages. Some big bass in the lake as well! Would recommend 10/10!

Great stay!

We had a great stay. The house is quaint and tastefully decorated. I liked the local art work placed throughout. The welcome basket was a nice touch. I wish the house had been a little closer to the lake, but it wasn’t a bad walk down to see it. The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone seemed friendly. We toured the area and it was nice that we were only about 20 mins away from most of the spots we wanted to see. We toured UVM, went on the Ben and Jerry tour, ate at a small marina on North Hero Island, hikes at Mt Philo, checked out the Burlington Farmers market and ate at some very good restaurants
