Located in Emerald Isle, fall in love with Breezy Vibes! A peaceful spot on the island, but a quick drive to all of what the area has to offer! Outdoor shower, 2 living spaces, ping pong table, large deck, HOT TUB!

*note stairs between levels are exterior*

Only Dogs allowed - bottom floor only - non refundable pet fee of $150. Max 3 dogs, not allowed on furniture or beds.

Great second stay

We stayed last year in July and didn’t look for an alternative to get away this month. Location, home condition, excellent communication with host makes this a perfect getaway location!

Breezy Vibes is spacious enough for larger family groups (children and grandchildren), it was neat and clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the walk was very short and easy to the beach!! The owner was extremely responsive to all of our communications, and even accommodated a last minute dog joining us :-). We also had a great time with table tennis fun and game nights. We were there for a short time, and can't wait to go back for a longer stay!

Very nice house close to the beach!

This house was clean when we arrived and we enjoyed our stay. It is a short walk to the beach with access right up the street. Owners were very communicative and helpful. Also, super-nice people. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect Vacation!

Breezy Vibes was the perfect location for our extended family to stay for a few days! The communication with the owners was fantastic - given we were coming in during a hurricane! The house was super cute and clean! Will definitely recommend to others!

Wonderful getaway!

My husband and I stayed at Breezy Vibes for a much needed long weekend. Ashley was very prompt in responding and addressed any questions we had for her. The home was so clean and inviting and had everything we needed! The bed was SO comfortable too. We have saved this as a favorite and will definitely return!

Great location and just the right size

Love that we were able to find a place to rent outside of the Sat to Sat and Sun to Sun check ins. The older house has been nicely redone and though the bedrooms are small they are just fine for a short stay at the beach. The only con I have is that the Queen bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms is on wheels and the mattresses need an upgrade for comfort and noise reduction.

Wonderful getaway

Very clean, renovated home that is a short walk to the ocean. The house is 6 minutes to the heart of Emerald Isle. Easy and excellent communication with the home owner. I have saved the home for future getaways❤️

Ashley our Host was wonderful. I had some technology issues and unfortunately did not get directions for checkout until it was too late, that was my issue not our Host. The house was wonderful, the only thing that I did not catch ahead of time was that there is no access to the second floor to the first within the house, we accessed from outside. My parents are physically challenged so it was ideal to have a downstairs bedroom, it just made it difficult after dark to get them up and down safely between floors using outside stairs, they are simply not as stable on their feet these days, the stay itself was great. The house was large and clean, short walk to the beach and a Dollar store. I was just disappointed we were unable to stay longer due to schedules at home. It was a hit and visit for a wedding and this property was booked for 9 adults and one 17 year old. We ultimately had 6 adults but had all been able to be there, the house would have easily accommodated everyone. I would absolutely stay again.

What A Gem

This property is new to the market and such a gem. We have ten kids and there was not only plenty of space for all of us to sleep, but something fun to do rain or shine! The hosts were extremely accommodating and pleasant to work with. They really did a wonderful job of making the house into a space that is relaxing, and the perfect setting for fun family memories. It is an easy walk to the beach, even with a baby in arms and load to tote. The beach was not as busy as other places. There was conveniently, a dollar general around the corner, as well as an ABC gas station and a bike trail even closer. The Sound side was right across the road, and the perfect place to watch the sunrise! We can’t wait to book our next vacation at Breezy Vibes!!
