Amazing place to stay.

We absolutely loved Tiny Bear Paw! It was so relaxing that I could have stayed there all day. We did have to venture out though. It is so close to everything that helped us to be able to just jump in the car and go to a restaurant! It’s a very comfortable place to just sit and read a book. We would definitely come back! Loved it there.

Well thought out

This property (cabin and surrounding area) is very well thought out. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed afternoons on the screened front porch and evenings in the wooded sitting area. Saw several deer in the fields near the cabin. The town of Mentone has some neat places to visit and eat. Definitely recommend a short drive to Brow Park for the sunset (get there early for a good spot). We really enjoyed eating at the Wildflower.

Relaxing!

My 87 year old Mother and I needed a change of scenery and a little time to get away so we booked a long weekend at Tiny Bear Paw. It was everything we had hoped for and more! We thought we might read, maybe do a puzzle and unwind by a fire. We ended up taking drives, visiting DeSoto Falls, walking the trails at Tiny Bear Paw and eating at some great restaurants. Our evenings were spent enjoying our favorite show on the large tv. We enjoyed ourselves so much that time slipped away from us. We will be back to read those books and build a fire!

Stylish and cozy tiny house!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Tiny Bear Paw! So close to hiking at DeSoto and all of the amazing food options in Mentone. The owners were extremely fast with their responses and such a pleasure to interact with.

The details blew me away! I'm use to bringing certain kitchen utensils etc with me because most rentals have the basics (plates, cups, one or two pots/pans) but not much else. Tiny Bear Paw had everything you could need and more, not just in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed the games and puzzles on a rainy day and were surprised to find marshmallow roasting sticks, grill tools, flashlights, citronella candles, birding guides, firewood, etc ready to go for an evening outdoors. Though it's a tiny house, it didn't feel like it. With two screen porches and multiple outdoor seating areas there was plenty of space. Speaking of the outdoors spaces, they were magical! With string lights and solar powered lanterns positioned throughout, it was like something from a magazine spread. The wifi and television worked great, and made it easy to catch a football game on a lazy Saturday when rain rescheduled our outdoor plans. (Reading on the screened porch was also a relaxing way to pass time and stay dry.) We didn't need to contact the host during our stay, all the check-in instructions and welcome messages arrives in a timely manner, offering assistance if needed and clearly spelling out details. Other tiny houses are in view, but they are positioned well so that it didn't feel intrusive. The master bed is firm and the walking space around it limited, but we were comfortable and slept well all nights. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Wish I could give more stars!

This was the best property we ever stayed in. Everything was perfect and the host had done a wonderful job having everything anyone could need. The location was ideal for a "get-away". The place was perfect and so well done. We did our best to leave the home in the same condition we found it.
