Step from your sundeck right onto the beach from this White Sands townhome! Beautifully decorated in airy whites and soft pastels - a classic Pottery Barn look. Garage on the first level with parking for 3 small cars or 2 SUVs. Elevator from garage level to 2nd and 3rd levels. Sleeps 10 to 12 with a king in master (with private balcony), a king in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in 3rd bedroom, and a queen in the 4th bedroom. 5 flat screen TVs, 4 DVD, a VCR, wireless, cable, and stereo give everyone something to do at the end of a sun-soaked day on the beach. Gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. All bedrooms feature private balcony, pillow-top beds and all rooms in the home feature ceiling fans.

Gorgeous white sand leading to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This 4 bedroom 3 1/2 baths. A three story townhome equipped with everything you need for your stay. Park on the first floor two car garage with two additional parking spots in the parking lot directly outside the garage. Our home is equipped with an elevator to make unloading suitcases and groceries an easy task.

When you enter the second floor you have a spacious kitchen with great appliances and everything you need to prepare Gulf Coast meals, beyond the kitchen is the dining room and living room, and a half bath. Also on the second floor is the second master bedroom with king size bed, private balcony, a spectacular bath, the the laundry room is also on this floor.

From the living room you step out onto your private deck with patio furniture to enjoy breathtaking views morning, day, and night. You can take steps down from deck and walk straight out to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

The third floor is where you will find the first master bedroom, sitting area, private balcony, and large master bath including garden tub, shower, dual vanity, and linen closet. The third floor also houses two additional bedrooms with a shared full bath. Both of these bedrooms have private balconies overlooking the Little Sabine to the north of the property.

Easy access from the Pensacola airport, about fifteen minutes.

Rentals are typically weekly Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am. Three day rentals are available except peak season.

Wonderful condo

This was our second family vacation in this condo. It has everything that we need and then some. The location is perfect with beach access right at the doorstep. There are three generations in our group and everyone agrees this is our favorite place to stay.

The unit is beautiful and the location can’t be beat. We did have a couple of issues but Tommy was quick to respond. Having an elevator was such a blessing upon arrival and departure. We would definitely stay here again. A few things that bothered us is, two of the upstairs bedrooms do not have a dresser. I say this because my family doesn’t like living out of a suitcase for a week. One of the upstairs mattresses leans to the middle and was very uncomfortable. Overall this fit our family well and was one of our best vacations!

We have rented at White Sands before and love the community. This unit was perfect. Thoroughly set up for a family vacation. Kitchen has everything including a separate ice maker. The half bath on the living floor was a big plus. Direct access to the beach walk over. Beautiful white sandy beach. Will be back next year!

As everyone has said, this is a beautiful area, and the property itself could be quite nice. When we stayed here in January, we were extremely disappointed when the pictures of the property were significantly cleaner than what we arrived to find. The white carpets throughout the home were significantly stained. Additionally, the cover on the ottoman in the living room looked like it had perhaps been chewed by a dog, and had not been replaced. Given that we had communicated with Ed several times prior to our arrival, it was surprising that this was never mentioned. When we called the morning after we arrived in order to report that we were unable to access TV or internet, as well as to ask about the carpets and upholstery, Ed sheepishly acknowledged that they were in poor shape. He did quickly resolve the TV and internet issue. Overall due to lack of cleanliness, we would not recommend this property to anyone,

Relaxing, Fun in the Sun

We had a wonderful week relaxing and visiting with our family. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our large group. It was in an ideal location and within walking distance to the main tourist area of the beach. The host was easy to communicate with and made the check in process easy. My daughters and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property, directly on Pensacola Beach. The location is great, on the beach, yet conveniently close to restaurants and markets too. We enjoyed the property, with rooms for each of my family members. Entrance is through the spacious garage on the ground level, which will accommodate a giant SUV, as we were. There will still be space available for rafts and other recreational gear that the owner generously provides for use. Take the elevator (very convenient) or stairs to the main living level, where there is a large kitchen / dining / living area, with direct access to the porch and view of the Gulf. One bedroom and 1.5 baths are on this level too. The adjacent porch has a dining table/umbrella, and descending the wooden staircase leads to the beach a short walk away. There are three bedrooms on the 3rd level, with the master bedroom / bath face the gulf. While we initially thought the elevator was a novel luxury, I really appreciated it when moving heavy suitcases from the garage to the 3rd level, or when moving groceries to kitchen upstairs. The property was clean and well appointed, with working wifi and flat screen TVs in each room. Lastly, and probably most importantly to me, the owner of this property responded quickly to queries regarding the property and its availability. He was generous with helpful recommendations regarding how to most easily reach the property (some roads are closed after hurricane Sally) and preferred nearby dining and recreational activities. I sincerely appreciated his help in making our trip an enjoyable family vacation.

The location was great! Right on the beach. Having the garage was very nice. So convenient to be able to leave beach gear in the garage each night. I must say, the unit was much more spacious than what I had imagined from the pictures. It is really nice that each bedroom has a balcony. Kitchen was well equipped. It was also really nice to have the extra ice maker. There was some wear and tear on different places of the unit, and the elevator didn't work during our stay. However, it overall fit our group perfectly. Would definitely rent this property again!

Comfortable, Light, Roomy - Great Beach Getaway

We rented this property to add space for our growing annual family Beach trip - other family members rented two additional houses in the same complex. While we thought our kids would stay with us, they ended up staying with their cousins (much more fun than their parents!!). We never cooked but the kitchen was well appointed and had everything you’d need to cook. The additional ice maker is a huge plus. Inside, the decor is very Beachy and pretty, and outside, the view is the water is unobstructed and quiet, so you immediately relax. It’s broken in, but well cared for and come on, y’all - it’s a beach house! We didn’t use any of the sports equipment but they were a nice addition that we didn’t expect. We purposely rented during a time when the Blue Angels were scheduled to fly four days in a row, but they were canceled due to Covid-19 risks. Despite that disapppintment, it was a wonderful week with family and loved ones, and we had a beautiful, comfortable, bright place to spent our nights and time away from family.

Wonderful week on our favorite beach.

This was a lovely property. There were so many things in the kitchen to use. (Very well supplied. ). We liked the elevator as I have a bad knee. Made it so easy to load and unload and then to get between floors during our stay. We were conveniently located right at the end of the walkway to the beach. I would definitely rent this unit again

My family and I have been coming to Pensacola Beach since 1970 and our mother, BeeBee purchased this home in 1983. In 2004 huricane Ivan decided to have us build a brand new townhome which wasn't completed until 2009.

Why they chose this property

My siblings and our children grew up on Pensacola Beach and we plan to be here for many generations to come.
