This place is pretty slick and huge! Monitor in the fridge...fancy mirror and shower in the master. Nice size backyard, I was definitely happy with my experience. You can tell the neighborhood is one they are renovating but was hardly anyone outside so it was quiet. Next game I go to I will be returning!

We booked the stay for a marching band competition. This was perfect distance from Lucas Oil, less that 10 min. Close to restaurants, shops. Area seemed a little sketchy, but it was actually great. It was a pretty quiet place. We felt safe, the house has a security system. Great stay!

Beautifully updated home

The home was large and comfy. The home was beautifully arranged and decorated. Location was easy to downtown events and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again

Attending a conference

The house is beautifully appointed and was even decorated for Xmas. The owner was responsive with minor things. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that it was bitter cold when we stayed and the heating only has one zone, the first floor was extremely cold and the third floor was way too hot. The owner was aware and indicated they are working on it.

Title of listing is very misleading in my opinion. Using the words Fountain Square would lead you to believe it’s in a nice area but I would definitely say not located in the best area. I only received arrival instructions, there were no departure instructions communicated and no instructions left in the home. We were told to unarm the alarm system upon entering, however it wasn’t even working. It’s advertised as sleeping 8 but it definitely does not sleep 8 adults comfortably. Photos in listing leads you to believe there are more beds than there really is. There’s 4 beds in total, 2 of which are located on a third floor with a less than great spiral staircase. The first floor was nice and cool….very cool. Second and third floor are very uncomfortably warm. Advertised to hold 8 people, but only 5 of each silverware item. Lastly the 2nd and 3rd floor had small flying bugs (not gnats but looked more like flying ants. They were in the bedroom and bathroom). We talked to our neighbors (it was a duplex, which I didn’t see mentioned in the listing. So all the exterior amenities you see are shared with the other duplex with no privacy and you can most certainly hear them through the walls! They also said they had the flying bugs in their side.) I will say the interior fixtures and design do look as nice as the photos) Why did I not complain sooner? Because 6 people with a weekend of groceries? Where else could be go at that point? Refund would take 5-7 business days
