Enjoy this luxury mountain getaway, in beautiful Golden Valley Township, with all the modern amenities available. Because of its mountain elevation, this beautiful cabin provides cooler summer climates with an incredible scenic view of Golden Valley and Sunshine, NC.

Outdoor Amenities:

Horizons has large decks on two levels, with outstanding views of Golden Valley from every direction, as well as a private balcony off the upper level. The decks have rocking chairs and outdoor dining. You'll also find an outdoor gas grill and we supply the gas. Horizons also has a double swing in the yard as well as a Firepit for your enjoyment, we provide the wood.

The amazing views from the decks are perfect for an afternoon with your favorite book. Later in the evening you can enjoy an intimate glass of wine while you drink in a sunset that few can compare to.

Indoor Amenities:
Horizons has a large open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. You will find a welcoming great room with a gas fireplace, dining area and large windows with a spectacular view of the mountains. Both Great Room also has a Flat Screen HDTV with satellite service and a DVD player, and a WiFi Internet connection.

The master suite is on the upper level and has a queen bed with private bath. On the main level you will find another queen bedroom with a hall bath, and a queen sofa bed in the loft.

Additional living space on garden level, 2nd Great room with a fireplace, a Flat Screen HDTV with satellite service and a DVD player, and a WiFi Internet connection. Game or dining table with 4 chairs and a 3rd queen bedroom and a full bath.

Horizons has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and a partly stocked pantry as well. You will find a washer and dryer in the lower level for your convenience. The cabin has central air conditioning and heating and a beautiful gas log fireplace in the main living area.

When you arrive, you’ll find the beds freshly made with crisp linens and soft, fresh towels in the bathrooms. You will also find the heat or air conditioning on and the interior and exterior lights on for your convenience.

We provide you with all utensils, pots, pans, dishes, linens, towels and paper products needed for your getaway. All you need to bring, is your clothes, toiletries, food and the desire to kick back, relax and enjoy.

Please note: All Holidays and October have a minimum of a 3 day stay, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years is a minimum of 4 days.
