Bus 1/2 block away; take the bus to shopping and dining on Boulder's renowned Pearl Street Shopping Mall. Drive 30 minutes to Denver or 45 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Fully-equipped kitchen with 38 DBA dishwasher (quiet). Bathroom with deep bathtub, A/C, pull down shades, clothes washer & dryer, secure parking space in detached garage with fob entry. Bedroom is quiet, has Queen Tempur-Pedic Mattress with adjustable base. Legal handicap parking spot in front of unit as well as wheelchair ramp walkway.
