This charming and newly updated cabin on the Big Thompson River is your dream vacation getaway. Located just two blocks from downtown Estes Park, this cabin allows you the peaceful ambiance and convenient location you've been seeking.

Listen to the sounds of the river from your deck while relaxing in the hot tub, over dinner in the dining room and from the riverfront bedroom. Enjoy a gas fire pit in the side yard. Stroll the short two blocks to downtown Estes Park. Enjoy the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. There are many activities available in Estes Park such as horseback riding, miniature golf, bumper boats, pontoon boat rentals, bicycle rentals and much more. Enjoy the local brewpubs, restaurants and winery.

The kitchen and bathroom have been recently updated. The two comfortable bedrooms provide a peaceful setting as you are lulled to sleep by the sound of the river. The cozy living room provides just the right amount of space to put your feet up and relax after a day of busy outdoor activities in the mountains.

The riverfront deck, featuring a hot tub, is the perfect setting to enjoy time with family and friends.

The cabin was lovely. Clean and well equipped. Fantastic location. Walked to dinner and shops each evening. Hot tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking in RMNP. Easy and close access to RMNP. Would definitely stay here again.

Most wonderful place we have stayed in a while. The amenities we phenomenal and goes above and beyond the norm. Beautiful setting with the riverside deck and nice furniture to relax on. Highly recommend if you want a perfect place to stay in Estes Park.

This cabin is perfectly located to easy walking distance to so much of downtown Estes Park- a huge bonus when parking downtown gets crowded! We hung out by the river and in the hot tub a ton. This cabin was cozy and absolutely would book again for a relaxed Estes Park trip.

This cabin was so cute. It was just perfect for my best friend and me to stay in for a few days and escape the Kansas heat. It's in a decent neighborhood and we felt safe there. The host let us check in a little early, which was nice since we got to town early and needed to get our groceries put away. I was disappointed that the river didn't have more water in it, but I guess that was because of the lack of snowfall this past winter. Can't control Mother Nature!A couple of things about the house- bring your own bath soap/body wash. There was none that we could find. Also, there is no bath mat. We used a towel, but that tub was so slippery! Not recommended for the elderly! A bathmat outside the tub and maybe some kind of anti-slip stickers inside the tub would make it safer. All in all a great trip and would recommend this cabin. The kitchen was pretty well stocked!

Everything was great! The only issues we ran into were that the hot tub controls barealt worked (turning on jets and whatnot) and the shower didnt drain well. Other than that it was all great!

The cabin was super cozy and comfortable. It was also exceptionally clean. We were pleasantly surprised at how well appointed the kitchen was. Plenty of mixing and serving bowls, plates, cups and mugs, and even spices and condiments that we had forgotten. I loved how quiet and peaceful the property was, while still being conveniently close to downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was in a great location we got to see elk across the river at the park and across the street. Easy access to the park, can walk downtown. The place has enough room for four adults. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking.
