About this property
Flyer's Nest Townhome
Whether you are in town visiting family, taking in all the wonderful things the Colorado Front Range has to offer, in town on business for a few days or few weeks, or just passing through on your way from Denver Airport to some of our beautiful mountain areas, I invite you to enjoy my clean, well equipped 1,500 sq ft two story townhome with a dedicated workspace and full sized washer and dryer.
As a private pilot with a share of some airplanes that are hangared at the nearby Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport, I use this comfortable townhome as my personal “Flyer’s Nest” when I am in Colorado. I have been managing my listing directly since August of 2024, but it was previously handled by a management company for about 5 months before that with great reviews.

The kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you need for preparing anything from a cup of coffee to a snack to a holiday meal including a food processor, juicer, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig and more.
The home has a fenced patio area with gas grill and table and chairs for outdoor dining. I have a Pack-N-Play and a highchair available if you have little ones.
Use the attached 2 car garage to keep your car and yourself out of the elements as you come and go on your adventures.
Each of the two upstairs bedrooms is equipped with a queen-size bed, a TV (steaming only), bath robes and plenty of pillows. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bath is steps down the hall from the second bedroom and has a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms have everything you need from towels and shampoo to blow dryers, makeup cloths and first aid kits.
Don’t miss a beat at work if you need to stay connected. There is a dedicated office upstairs equipped with a printer, and 2 monitors, a keyboard and a mouse all connected via a USB laptop docking station. Plug in and go!
Staying for a few days or spilled something on that shirt you just bought? You can pack lighter or take care of the stain using the full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board upstairs.
Travelling with fido? The house is dog (only) friendly for up to 2 of your furry family members. There is a nominal pet fee, but the home and neighborhood are dog friendly. There is an open space area to walk your pup mere steps away and there are plenty of sidewalks right out the front door with pet pickup stations throughout the neighborhood. There is a dog crate and blanket stored in the garage if you need it. Additionally, I can supply you with an extensive list of breweries and restaurants with dog friendly patios that are all just minutes away by car.

I moved to eastern Tennessee in 2016 for work but prior to that lived in Colorado for about 25 years. I am a recreational pilot and still have a share in 3 airplanes located at the nearby Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport. I return to Colorado regularly and I stay here in my property that I nicknamed "Flyer's Nest".

This is a quiet family/dog friendly neighborhood conveniently located between Denver and Boulder. There are lots of areas to walk right out the front door. Within a few minutes drive there are doesn't of restaurants, stores and services making the area super convenient.
