Prime location, pet friendly unit that is part of a bungalow style two family house with 2 off-street dedicated parking spaces. This unit is two levels; the lower level has one private bedroom with a queen sized bed, large living area that is full of natural light, yet private and great for entertaining and has one full size sleeper. There is also a washer & dryer. The main level has the bathroom, well stocked kitchen, & access to a large deck. A loft ladder will take you up to a small loft. The deck being right off the kitchen is great for grilling, dining, relaxing and entertaining, and has amazing sunset views. The unit is light, airy and has ac/heat splits on each level. There is also an outdoor hot/cold water shower shared by both units. On a quiet street that is only steps away from all you need in P-Town. You're close to the supermarket, galleries, restaurants, town beach, and so much more. Park the car and walk everywhere....This house is for you!

Very charming little split level bungalow. We stayed with our dog and had a lovely weekend in P-Town. About a 5-6 walk from restaurants and the beach on Commercial Street. So you are close to the fun, but can go back to a nice, quiet refuge. Do make note of the tight, vertical stairs to reach the lower level. We ended up going around the back quite a bit, which is perfectly fine. The hosts are wonderful and made check in a breeze.

Wonderful Provincetown Vacation

Great rental home close and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and generally walking around town. We loved the private deck and bbq as well as the comfortable living room. Lookng forward to returning next year.

Overall amazing location to stay. Host was very accepting of brining pets. I personally didn’t realize the spiral staircase/ladder were the primary means of getting to the primary living space and bed rooms. This made the space itself a little bit less pet friendly BUT the amazing large deck off of the kitchen allowed my dog some extra space to stretch his legs as the upper and lower levels were not accessible to him from side of the house. Overall a great stay, clean house, and a quaint little spot to stay for a long weekend.

Cute place in a great location! 5 minute walk to Gifford House, Shipwreck Lounge, and Spiritus Pizza in one direction, and a 5 minute walk to the Stop & Shop in the other direction. Beds were comfortable and the A/C was freezing, which was nice for a summer stay. There was an issue with the dishwasher, but it didn’t affect us as we only planned on using it upon leaving. Michele was quick to respond to any request or questions and was understanding when we left dishes uncleaned due to the dishwasher. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place with an amazing location.

Amazing P-Town Stay!

This property is beautiful and just a few blocks from down town fun! We stayed with our teen and our pup- and both had a great time! Our teen loved staying in the loft, and will compare every future stay to this one… we will be back for sure! Reading other reviews made me confident that the pup could handle the layout- she didn’t need to use the stairs at all and we utilized the sliding doors to the patio to avoid the staircase. It worked perfectly for her. The owners were fabulous and friendly, ensuring we could make the most of our short trip to paradise! :)

Nice place, interesting layout

This was overall a very nice stay and we very much enjoyed the hosts and their reception. Definitely be cautious of the layout of the home, because it can be difficult to navigate especially with the ladder, fireman stairs, and need to go around the outside back and forth. Other than that, we enjoyed it and the hosts.

Loved this rental! I was lucky enough to meet one of the owners Carol when checking in. She was super friendly and told me all about the property. The rental was perfect for the three of us staying there. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was perfect for hanging out. It really had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Plus it’s in the perfect walking location to all of town. I look forward to staying there again next year!

Wonderful stay in Ptown

Property looked exactly as shown. The living room was much bigger than expected, which was nice because the bedrooms and the bathroom are definitely on the smaller side. Take note there are no traditional stairs - just as pictured the mounted ladder goes to the loft (which the kids loved) and the spiral staircase goes down to the bedroom, laundry, and living room. We loved having the private deck and the location was absolutely perfect. Excellent communication with the owner, all around a really wonderful stay for our family.

We really enjoyed our time! Location is great, close to the action of Commercial St., but far enough away that you are able to relax and find some quiet time when needed. Hosts were great at following up and communication. The outdoor space is great, and the back deck definitely was a great addition to the house, We actually spent most of our time there. The layout of the interior does require a bit of up and down as the main living room and bedroom are down a spiral staircase while the bathroom is upstairs. The loft was surprisingly bigger than we thought, and while it was “open” it still allowed for privacy.

Fall visit to P-town

My husband, dog and I stayed for 2 nights. The bungalow is small but quite cozy and comfortable. The owners really maximized the space. We had wonderful weather and were able to also enjoy the large deck. The location is excellent. We were able to walk to town, the wharf, the grocery store and restaurants, yet we were not bothered by noise. The neighborhood is filled with lovely homes and was also an easy spot to walk our dog. This house is a duplex, and we stayed in the back unit. Please note that the kitchen is at entry level, and the main bedroom and living room are down stairs, accessed by a small circular stair case. Our dog was unable to safely navigate the steps, but fortunately, there is also a sliding glass door from the basement to the outside side yard and back yard which allowed us to walk her around to get to the upstairs and deck area. We did not cook any meals, but the kitchen is well stocked with supplies. The owners were extremely responsive and provided great recommendations. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this rental.

Ptown women’s weekend 2022

Excellent communication with owners. Excellent location for all PTown activities. Seem less check in check out process. There were 4 of us for this trip and the accommodations were excellent. The loft sleeping area was not conducive for two of us to sleep in due to the claustrophobic tightness of the loft and access by the ladder. The couches however on the sub ground level where very comfortable for two of us to sleep. The sub ground living area was an excellent place, loved all the windows. We also took advantage of the deck and had additional friends over for cocktails before heading to a show and dinner. There were renters in the front half of the house that we only knew they were there because of the cars in the other driveway. Truly an excellent stay for the two nights.

The private deck, overhung with trees, was lovely

I really enjoyed my stay. It was a quiet, clean, modern place. I spent most of my time on the (very) private deck, but had I wanted to there was a nice living room with a large TV and comfortable couches. Five minute walk to pizza or ice cream; ten minute walk to anywhere. Looking forward to my next visit.

Enjoyed our week very much; we spent most of our time on the large deck off the kitchen. The large and comfortable TV room was a bonus, as was the outdoor shower. Court Street is a gem - it's very quiet yet literally only steps from everything! You can park your cars and walk to everything in town. We have had our eye out for a great property that we could potentially retire in, but in the meantime, share it with friends and guests alike. It's in the West End, but so close to town. The property has great vibes and we're excited about making it your favorite place to stay.

Fabulous back deck and outdoor shower. Each unit has exclusive off-street parking for at least two cars. Short walk to everything, including the supermarket, center of town, restaurants and more.
