We stayed for a week at this house, and what a wonderful week it was. The house is accurately described, clean, and the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. The games garage was fun for the whole family. The pool was spectacular. We would definitely rent this property again.

Overall the house was clean and well kept. The outdoor area in the back needs updating. The canopy top is tearing off and banging in the wind, and pool interior could be better maintained. Lots of pigeons in the area and they land on the hot tub, so that makes keeping things clean a challenge

Regarding the outdoor area, the canopy damage was caused by recent stormy weather and high winds, which unfortunately couldn’t have been foreseen. We understand your concern about the pool and hot tub as well—outdoor areas can be impacted by weather and pigeons, though we do have deterrents in place and the pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. To respect guest privacy, maintenance isn’t scheduled during stays unless requested. Once you reached out, we were happy to promptly address your concerns so you could fully enjoy the pool and spa. We appreciate your stay and are glad we could take care of everything during your visit. We’d love the opportunity to host you again for an even better experience.

Clean house and comfy!

Got what we expected, clean house, comfortable beds, plenty of space. A great house if looking for a little further away from the strip, but close to the freeway that can easily access places within 15-20 minutes. Would be nice if there were pods for the dish washer, but I would recommend for future stays.
