This cottage and location were just what our family needed for a relaxing week on the Cape. The front porch was a lovely spot for both morning coffee and afternoon lemonade and reading. The neighborhood is lovely and you really can't beat the scent of milkweed and the singing of the birds. Thanks for a great vacation - we'll be back!
This is a magical, beautiful property. The house exudes history and is very welcoming and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, full of flowers with a large lawn on three sides. And an amazing view to the bay and ocean. Our only regret is that we only stayed for one week.

The property was fine, but there was a problem with the refrigerator not working. But Jen tended to the problem. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

This house is disgustingly filthy and out of date. The location is great but other than that it is in need of significant repair, updating, and cleaning.

Hi Andrew. It definitely is an older home. Civil War era. I wish you had called the office if you were unhappy with the conditions. We could’ve tried to fix things for you. Enjoy the rest of your summer.
Advertised as sleeps 7, but two of the beds were cot-sized (not twin) and no one could sleep in them. We did NOT get our money ‘s worth! At the same time, the location was ideal!
The house is adorable. Great location. Accessible to the boat launch, Nauset Beach and town. We had an enjoyable stay. Caught a few sunrises just down the street and a moon rise at Nauset beach. Got out on a kayak and paddle boarding from Town Cove. And rode our bikes into town.
Just a quirky thing with the telephone - the receivers started talking in the middle of the night "Battery Low." You may just want to disconnect them.
