If you’re looking for the bare minimum this is your place. There’s no extras to make you feel welcomed. It’s a very old house converted into apartments with thin walls. Windows are nailed shut so no opening for fresh air. The WiFi is horrible so don’t plan to work from this location. I got knocked off every 5mins. The pillows on the couch were stained/dirty as was the carpet, The worst part is they make you pay 500 for a security deposit for “damage” but the place is so old and already beat up there’s no way for one person to log all the damage already present. It does have a responsive host, is in a prime location, comfy bed, and good shower pressure. It’s not a place Id return to.
