Only minutes from Phoenicia, Woodstock, Andes, Margaretville, Roxbury and the Ashokan Reservoir. Enjoy a meal at Peekamoose, FoxFire, The Phoenician, The Emerson, Shandaken inn, Oakley, Brio's, Phoenicia diner, Bear Cafe, Cucina and many more, or drive a few minutes away for a day at the Emerson Spa.

Why they chose this property

This house offered a quiet retreat to enjoy nature. The house was tastefully renovated. On our first day here we saw wild turkeys and rabbits in the yard. We love the drive up here passing mountains, streams, and rivers.

What makes this property unique

The large windows allows you to enjoy nature with the 270 degree view of the surroundings. Large wrap around deck great for enjoying nature or having a BBQ or enjoy cool nights by the fire pit. Convenient to the main road and attractions but feels miles away from everything.
